“Pleasant Experience”

We stayed one night, attending a funeral the next day. For not seeing the hotel before and booking online, we found it to suit our needs. We only slept in our room and did not use any of the other options we had available.

I have booked the room in BEST WESTERN Indian Oak, through expedia for 02/17/11. I arrived at the hotel around 12.00 pm . I were greeted by the front desk personnel which was very polite and took care of us very promptly. The hotel itself is very luxurious. I was lucky to be able to stay here. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well which was well needed. The hotel has a gym and pool. The pool is Indoor so it be used. The staff was friendly and breakfast was great. The hotel was Cable or satellite television , Coffee/tea maker , Refrigerator, Microwave. Our overall experience was pleasant and relaxing.

“Great Weekend Getaway”

Best Western Indian Oak is in a great location with beautiful scenery. It's right next to the dunes, if camping isn't your thing, and there's pumpkin and apple picking just 15 minutes away in the fall. The hotel has a rustic feel about it, as it is old, and several quirks are to be expected because of this (such as a bathroom door not closing easily) but nothing that will ruin your vacation. The staff is very welcoming and I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone who wants a quick weekend getaway from the city or a longer stay as well.

“Not a 3 star Hotel”

Expedia sold us this hotel as a 3 star hotel. I was expecting a Hilton Garden or Marriot Fairfield. For some reason, Expedia does not rate this hotel. That reason is precisely because they want to sell it as a 3 star hotel. It does not have Room Service or an On-site Dining Kitchen. It is not a 3 star hotel. Otherwise, it was a very decent 2- 2.5 star hotel. Clean and above average for a travelling motel. Do not expect more than just a nice place to rest your head.

“Best Western by the Airport, Boise, ID”

We were in Boise to scout for housing and didn't need anything but a decent place to call home base. This motel was perfect. Although slightly dated, it was clean and the staff was very nice. There is nothing fancy about it but it is a good value conveniently (for us) located by the airport. I would stay there again without hesitation.

“Smoke got in my eyes.”

Somehow, I accidentally booked a smoking room, and because the hotel was full both nights I was there, they were unable to move me. Needless to say, it was miserable! The location was great - near the dunes and near Valparaiso. The place is a bit rundown - I wouldn't trust the balconies or the decks at all.
