“Can I move in?”

This was one of the nicest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in! I'm not sure when the hotel was built, but it seemed brand new. The room was a nice size and it had very high ceilings so it seemed even larger. There was a large flat screen TV, comfortable beds and pillows, and a full kitchen. Full-size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and a two-burner stove. Very nice bathroom. I loved the extra tall countertops. I'm 6 feet tall and it was very comfortable for me. The only drawbacks were no pull-out couch and no free breakfast. But, the room was so nice I didn't care about those things. I will definitely stay there again if I'm going through Cheyenne!

“Great stay”

It was a very enjoyable stay other than we had a fridge in our room and the ice-maker was fairly loud but even with that it was a nice stay.

“Great Family Stay”

Within the last week we stayed at the Candlewood Suites, Holiday Inn, and Caesars Palace and the Candlewood Suites was the best stay (room wise) of all of them. The unit was really clean, the decor was excellent, loved the kitchenette, and everything worked (which we couldn't say about Caesars Palace). We didn't notice the train whistle blowing as others have posted. If you are staying in Cheyenne, the Candlewood Suites is the best value for you money. I would stay there again!

“Great place to stay. Strongly recommend”

Newly built hotel. Great place to stay. Staffs are kind. Feel like at home. A story here. My wife had some trouble bowl movements when we were in Yellowstone. But when we got down to this hotel in Cheyenne, she made it.(It was in days) Definitely, I will stay again in this hotel for my next trip to West.

“Pleasantly surprised”

We were pleasantly surprised. We didn't expect all the imenities included in the room. The "smart" thermostat worked well and we were amused, but thankful, for the little helpful magnetic notes everywhere. Had we known we had all the tools to cook a nice evening meal, we would have stopped at the grocery store first. Although we did not get a king size bed as requested, it was quite comfortable and the room was spacious. We were impressed that the hotel provided free laundry services. Our only suggestion would be to place the fitness room TV in the center of the room so it didn't require viewing it sideways from the majority of the equipment.

“Candlewood is nice but you are on your own for breakfast!”

The quality and comfort of the hotel were great. It is disappointing when you pay this much for a hotel room and there is not so much as a continental breakfast included.

“Nice rooms and friendly staff”

This is a great place to stay if needing a hotel room to relax - there isn't much around to do and no pool, but the free onsite laundry and the kitchens in the room made this perfect for our stop in Cheyenne. We picked up groceries from a nearby Safeway and then cooked dinner and breakfast for the kids, while doing a few days' worth of laundry from the roadtrip later at night. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was very pleasant. One note: Outside, there was an odd smell in the air - I'm not sure if it comes from Cheyenne industry nearby or was only temporary, but it was persistent outside throughout our single night stay, so another good reason to just relax in the room. We'd stay here again if given the opportunity, but not likely to come thru Cheyenne in the near future.

“I'm pleased, but not impressed”

Good balance of quality and cost for Cheyenne. Room was good -- comfortable bed and pillows, good linens, big LCD TV. Nice desk space and properly-functioning wi-fi, but desk chair kept sinking to the lowest level (and I weigh only 180 lb...). Adequate kitchen facilities. Needed ice, for which I was referred to the ice maker in the full-sized frig in the room -- and the ice maker made noise all night. Close to the highway, but quiet.
