Expensive and poor servicePosted Jul 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
I rented a room for 2 days and cost me almost $600. The room was not worth it. It was like living in the 70's or 60's. No fridge I would have to pay $10/day. The restaurant (Sandalwood) in the hotel was the worst. The host would not look or respond to me. I stood there for 10 mins. Ignored me and many others. Never did get seated or asked for my name for 20 mins. Front desk people were nice. But I will never go to a Holiday Inn again.

DisappointedPosted Jul 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
Understanding that I stayed during Frontier Days, the cost of the room did not meet my expectations of an HI property. I would not stay at this hotel again. Feeling GAUGED!

Convenient overnight stay, but nothing to brag about. I expected more from holiday inn. This one seemed "run down"

Frontier Days 2013Posted Jul 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
Nice hotel close to all the events that I attended, no need for taxi the hotel shuttle was there for me or I could walk if I had too. . I have and will always search for great rates using hotels.com !!!!!!! Used the hotel.com web site to determine which hotel was best for me and the map, photos and place of interest info was very helpful in selecting my hotel !

Cons: Door, odor.
Location: I-80 makes it convenient for travellers.
We chose this hotel as a stopping point returning from Yellowstone. It was on I-80, therefore convenient and with the Holiday Inn name we thought that it was a good choice. The lobby was very nice, and the front desk personnel pleasant. The room however was a different story. The room was very small, and had both a musty and a chlorine odor--not terribly strong, but noticeable. The door would not open or close without effort. This hotel served our purpose, but I would not choose it again, nor recommend.

Holiday Inn needs to dump this dump.Posted Jul 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
Dirty carpets throughout; threadbare bedding and towels; every surface throughout the hotel displays the effects of being long overused and under-maintained. A small room with two lumpy double beds is grossly overpriced at almost two hundred dollars per night. If this hotel is now representative of the Holiday Inn brand, then it's a company that's in serious decline.

Cons: Put Ice box in rooms
Room was really great, the only thing missing was a small ice box. When traveling you sometimes want to out a cold drink in there to keep cold.

Old, smoke-saturated propertyPosted Jul 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
This property might have been nice in 1970...but now it is just old, smelled so powerfully of cigarette smoke. The furnishings were worn and stained (did have a new TV however). If I could have cancelled my reservation, I would have left immediately. I had seen on the website they had an arcade...not so. I really hated my stay there.

Very datedPosted Jul 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
There was no fridge or microwave in the room. No Continental Breakfast. The room was clean, but dated.
