The bed was covered in grit. The floor was also covered in a sandy grit. My granddaughter walked across the floor and her bare feet became black and filthy. The shower didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a month and scum running off it plus the shower curtain had unknown things all over it. The front desk staff kept saying he didn’t care what we did as long as we didn’t damage the room. This is one Motel 6 I will never recommend or stay at again.

The staff person was nice enough, but he was stressed because the checkin was slow thanks to either Wi-Fi or computer problems. The room had dirty floors and there were small roaches. The bed was OK and linens clean. The Wi-Fi was awful, and the fan in the bathroom (which you couldn't turn on the light without) was so loud you couldn't hear from bathroom to main room. The grounds were littered and dirty. Management needs to spend some money to improve conditions. There were no poop bags in dog area, and poop everywhere. Dog area laughably small, considering how many pets there were, and no good place to walk them except up and down the sidewalk along auto row.

I'm sorry we fell so short of meeting your expectations. I will forward your concerns to the owner and the head housekeeper. We will work on the pet area, however with recent remodeling the grounds have been the last thing we are working on.

The host required my husband's ID after I had already checked in. Then told us it was because they do not let locals stay there because they cause problems. My hubby took it all as an insult. No bath towels. Unrepair holes in the bathroom door. The toilet tank cover did not match the toilet

We do have a policy requiring every adult staying on the property to present identification at check in. It is for your safety and security so we know who is supposed to be on the property. However, I do apologize your husband felt insulted. As for the maintenance issues we are still renovating and remodeling our property. I hope the next time you are in Cheyenne you will give us another chance to give you a great experience at our motel.

Rough location and flies coming into the room from the shower drain, Perhaps recent plumbing work caused?

Sorry we did not meet your expectations. Flies do not get into rooms through the drains though; they sneak in when the doors are opened and could possibly hide in the drains looking for a water source. We do our very best to keep the flies out of the rooms.

Check your beds when you check in
Overall the room was fine BUT...there was a gross wet spot at the top of the bed so I had to request clean sheets, and there wasn't a mattress protector on the bed which I thought was strange. It was quiet, and the bed was comfortable.The young lady at the front desk was friendly.

Had to change rooms as there was only one light. Couldn’t see in shower. No light bulb in the lamp. Next room dirty floor, shower and toilet had feces in it. Was right next to a train.
