Rated one of the worst hotels.Posted Oct 24, 2013
Pros: The two gentlemen at the front desk, (at check-in and at check-out) were professional. Too bad the owner is not...
Cons: This hotel needs to be completely gutted, remodeled and updated....
Location: The location is too far from the ammenities in Cheyenne..
Outside the hotel needs major remodeling. This is one of the rundown hotels from the 1960's or 1970's by the looks of the bad concrete side walks and the out dated heating in the rooms. The carpet was dirty, drywall is in bad condition, safety lock on the door was broke off, the matress and box springs are wore out. I could go on with more but I don't think that it would matter to the owner. I have stayed in hotels and motels over forty years. Stay away from this one! Spend the extra money and stay in a good quality hotel... I thought that I would try Rodeway Inn to save a little money, but never go against your better judgement. You always get what you pay for....

Don't botherPosted Sep 4, 2013
Doesn't warrant the price paid for the room. Shower curtain was sour smelling. In room fridge and microwave looked like they were picked up at a second hand store or garage sale. Fridge also had a sour smell. No coffee in the morning at the continental breakfast. Overall a very disappointing lodging experience.

Cat in the roomPosted Sep 2, 2013
My wife and I were in town for me to officiate a football game so she checked into the motel while I was working. When I came back about 3 hours later I heard a cat meow. My wife said she had been hearing it all night. About that time I heard it quite loudly and I looked over the edge of the bed and here was a cat standing in the room. It must have been hiding under the bed all day. How you can clean or if you cleaned a room how could you miss a cat hiding under the bed?

Facility was not what was shown on line.Posted Aug 11, 2013
Pros: We were poolside it was close to our activity. Other than that nothing
Cons: Needs steamcleaned please adjust website to reflect no restaurant or lounge. Take an actual picture of this specific facility.
Location: Lions park is 2 blocks away.
On line it said amemities incuded both a restaurant and lounge. I wss not upset about lounge but the nearest restaurant was 20 minutes away. The continental breakfast was ok. The rooms were musty. The bathroom needed cleaned. Overall I was unhappy with the experience.

OK stayPosted Aug 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
Positives: very nice front desk clerk on the morning shift who works very hard to make your stay pleasant. Negatives: a bit run down on the outside, with cracking concrete sidewalks. But the room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Not in the nicest area. The continental breakfast was good. Also serves as a bus depot in the lobby; the lobby has a mini convenience store in it, which is good for a traveler.

Worst &$@? Hotel I have ever stayed inPosted Jul 19, 2013
Cons: Needs thorough remodel or be nuked and new hotel built
Location: Great town great people
And I travel a lot. The place is worse that a roach motel. The room smelled it was filthy and we will be reporting this place to the Wyoming Board of Health. Please take this for what it is worth I am not a hater and if the hotel is clean I will give it great ratings. This is absolutely the bottom of the barrel. Smelly, not clean, we had to keep windows open due to odor and run AC full blast there was a granular material like kitty litter scattered on the carpet. I am a Wyoming native and do not like slamming a local business. Would not let my worst enemy stay here !!!

Quiet and close to the freeway. The refrigerator was broken which was an inconvenience.. The continental breakfast wasn't that great either.
