Walked in and smelled like marijuana. Then got to the room and the remote didn’t work with the tv. You had to physically turn on the tv and control the volume from the tv buttons. The Wi-Fi didn’t work so you had zero internet. Even though I was in a non smoking room it still smelled like smoke in there. There was black mold on the ceiling in the shower and sunflower seeds by the shower drain. Towels were dirty and the beds were very uncomfortable.

Old, run down, cigarette smoke saturated rooms, walls and carpet. Non-smoking now, but after years of smoking the place is ruined. I left with swollen eyes and congested sinus (so bad that my teeth hurt) from toxins in the air from off gassing. People don't understand apparently the destruction and prolonged damage of smoke. I will never stay there again. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke DO NOT stay here. It was obvious the place wasn't maintained and paint on outside wall peeling. It is a ghetto shack.

This place is disgusting. Non-smoking room had an ashtray and smelled like smoke. Furniture, bedding, etc all extremely old. Flies in the rooms.

We had a reservation for 3 nights. No parking was available. Strong Marijuana smell in the front lobby. The first room they showed us only had one working lamp, and spiders in the room, so we asked for another room. The second room had no working TV. We asked the front clerk to help, but he couldn't get it to work. Gave us another room, same problems. We then decided we couldn't stay there. We then told the front clerk that we couldn't stay there. He then angrily told us he wouldn't give us any kind of refund.

Carpet Needed to be vacuumed and cleaned. The beds were so old a spring poked us in butt, The upstairs clients had wrestlin match, moving furniture, in full stereo at 10:30 p.m. Needs serious up and updating.

I actually checked in, got to the room, and promptly got out of there. The only positive thing about this filthy, moldy, broken-down property was the poor guy working the desk. The room was supposedly non-smoking but reeked of smoke, there were flies everywhere, the door connecting the room to - another room? - was literally held in place with duct tape, there was some disgusting blob of sticky ?? on the table in the room that stuck to my bag… and to top it all off it’s a wi-fi and cell phone DEAD ZONE. Even though there is a “password,” There is no internet OR service there. I had to actually leave the property and get on the highway to research another place to stay at the last minute. I have travelled extensively in my life and I can say this is by far the WORST experience of a motel I’ve encountered. It needs to be shut down immediately. I don’t know how the owners sleep at night running such a dangerous and disgusting business.

Paid for 2 nights , booked online , when we arrived staff was really helpful, very noisy on the way to our room , dogs barking in rooms , doors slamming . Internet was slow to non existent in our room , first night very noisy , a domestic in a room down the hall , doors slamming ,shouting , dogs barking , police showed up, tried to get money back for 2 nd night but would have to go through Expedia so second night was quieter , room quite dirty and hadn’t had a good clean for along time . Food cafe and restaurant both close to hotel and good value with good food, wouldn’t recommend unless nothing else available

The outside rim of the toilet bowl was gross, it had not been cleaned. The non-smoking hall and room smelled like cigarettes. There were several places on the walls that weren't painted or scrapped. The sheets on one bed were dirty or badly stained and The box spring under that bed's mattress seemed broken because the mattress dipped into it. The bedding has once been in a smokers room because there were cigarette burns and holes in them and smelled of cigarettes. Pillows were very used and flat.Small TV was in a big cabinet and you couldn't watch it from the good bed because of the placement in the room and the doors on the cabinet stuck out when opened. To top it all off the Wifi signal was terrible, couldn't watch a movie without it buffering for 2-3 minutes out of every 10-20 minutes. Not a good experience.

I stayed here two years ago and it was fine. This time was awful. Even though I prepaid online check in took 20 min. I was given a form to sign that did not have the rate on it. That part was blank. My room smelled of chemicals, apparently someone had been smoking in it. The one blanket on the bed had cigarette burns on it. Won’t be staying here again.

When I went to first check in I was told I didn't have a reservation. Then it was found but only for 1 day. Then was told I had to pay for that day even after paying for it in advance. The rooms didn't get cleaned during our stay. The carpet was disgusting and the wall were missing pieces. The whole room needed sanitized. For the money the experience wasn't worth it. The pictures they used was better than the real thing. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

The pictures don't reveal that this is a truck stop. It felt more like a pay by the hour motel. I brought my family with small children into this hotel without knowing the whole picture. Your feet stick to the carpet when you walk. Many pieces of furniture were broken. One room had a fridge, the other did not. I requested non-smoking and I had to sleep with the windows open because of how strong the smoke smell was. Two of us have asthma and it was hard to breath. The only up to this property was the night manager. He was super friendly and accommodating.

We liked John, the one who checked us in. I booked two rooms for two people each. Here is the list of problems: 1. WIFI in our rooms was 1/2 bar and often cut off 2. No Soap in each room 3. No shampoo in each room 4. One towel for two people in each room for 3 day stay. 5. One washcloth for two people in each room for 3 day stay. 6. No hairdryer in either room 7. No microwave in either room 8. No coffee maker or coffee in either room 9. One of our rooms only had one small lamp for light. 10. We placed a "Maid Service Please" on our door handle around 8pm. The next day around 4pm, we had no service and, no towels, nothing clean to use. 11. No receptacle at the desk area. 12. Only two receptacles were in each room, but only one open plug was available. John, an employee, was super friendly and attempted to help but was very limited on what could be done. I want my money back from Expedia!!

Bad experience and the place is a dump.
Booked for a double queen bed non smoking room . But ended up with a single bed room that is a smoking room. The bed was uncomfortable and room smells awful. Requested for extra blankets, sheets, and pillows. Blankets we're in bad conditions and worn out the and pillows was so old with stains. The hotel had no service like it stated on their website.

Not a healthy or safe place to stay--the WORST
I'm not sure how this place even passes health and safety inspections. We stayed for a total of about 10 minutes before requesting a refund, and moving on down the road to a different hotel. It was literally the worst, grossest hotel we've ever been to. The sheets were threadbare, stained, and had big cigarette holes. The lamp was a fire hazzard--the inner liner was hanging down into the bulb socket. Not only had the floor not been vacuumed in I don't know how long, but there were big wads of cotton all over the floor (looked similar to what a rodent would pull out from under a chair or the mattress.) The mattress was so dilapidated that the head was about 2-3 inches lower than the foot. There was one thin, gross blanket on the bed. We would have been afraid to take our luggage in, for fear of picking up unwanted travel companions. We certainly wouldn't have wanted to take our food into the room to eat. I must say that the man at the front desk was very nice and gave us no hassles about a refund, which he said will take 3 to 5 business days. We shall see. He didn't seem too surprised when we said we weren't staying. The front desk area should have been a warning--it was filthy and cluttered with tons of signage haphazardly taped all over the place. I highly recommend just leaving this hotel alone, and finding a different place. I really wish we had thought to take pictures. We were just in shock and disgusted. It left us with a serious case of the heebie jeebies! Just say no!

There were several issues.. the room was in poor condition. The heater when we tried to turn it up, sparked and started to smoke so we unplugged it. Went to ask about another room, they had 1, but in that room the bed frame was broke, it wasn't clean and it looked like someone had just been in there. Our room phone didn't work at all, so i had to use my cell to call the office about the issues. Many people live here, and i would not recommend this place. I would like to get a refund if possible, i paid 79$ and to go all night without a heater in Wyoming was hard. Luckily we had extra blankets in our car..

I will never stay there again
When I arrived the gentleman that was working there that evening was very nice and helpful. However the hotel was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The hallway and stairs had trash all over them and it looked like some sort of food that was spilled in many different spots. The room was absolutely disgusting even the one plug-in I could find to plug my phone in was corroded with a bunch of Gunk and completely gross. The shower was dirty the mattress was dirty and I did not get a good sleep because I couldn't stop thinking about how awful the place I was in was. The only good thing about the place was the gentleman who was working there and how kind he was.

I would not recommend this hotel because it was very unclean. The tub had a big dirty ring around it, the carpets were filthy and the bedding looked like it wasn’t changed. Also the bathroom ceiling had a lot of mold on top of the ceiling.

This is probably one of the worst places i have stayed in the Choice hotel system. Good points first: Clerk was friendly and tried to be helpful. Room was available. Price was affordable. Bad points: room had no lights by the bed or over on a night stand there was no nightstand as i had to move it from under the only light. There was no desk for a laptop and only a couch which could not have sufficed as a chair. There was no chair. You can see in the picture i took where the wall attached light above the bed was. Why would you not have lights there? Did have a fridge but no microwave to heat food if you needed to

From the words of my grandson, this room smells, I'm not going to give it a good rating... Everything in the room was worn and in poor condition, including the towels. The TV and remote did not work. The pillows were very thin. I had the worst night of sleep that I've had in years.

First off the exterior was filthy with trash all about the area. When my wife and I checked in, we noticed a sign that stated they were no longer allowing pets, I let the desk staff know that we had a certified service dog but he said owners don't care just no pets allowed. I informed him about ADA guidelines at which point he again said that there were no animals allowed. He called the owner and asked about our dog and relented their new policy. Never again will we be staying there, possibly the worst motel/hotel I have ever stayed in, and I was in the Army and stayed in some pretty sleazy places overseas.

Main light in room didn't work. Wifi didn't work. Weird stains on sheets and chair. Shower water took 3 minutes to get warm. One (1) open outlet in the entire room. The price was right.

Urine on the toilet seat. Mold in the shower. Floor was wet. Bed was not cleaned some one previously ejaculated in one of the beds. Beds were not comfortable. No outlets except one that was falling out of the wall for the ac. Window was unlocked and open with no screen. Smelled of cat urine.
