Perfectly acceptable and clean 2-star hotel. Standard complementary breakfast. Front desk folks were nice. You can hear the trains across the street but that was why I was in town anyway. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly if you do not need all the bells and whistles of a high-end hotel.

This hotel is the definition of "okay". Nothing special, but not bad. The "warm breakfast" really only consisted of one "warm" item: do-it-yourself waffles. In fairness, there is a microwave, so you could also make warm any of the pre-packaged cinnamon rolls, bananas, raisin bran, frosted flakes, juice or yogurt that was available.

Hotel stayPosted Apr 26, 2014
Pros: The lady in the breakfast area was so keen to make sure everything was reprints he'd & good to go ! Refreshing.
Cons: The front desk staff were efficient but, could be a little more friendly. A little more informative about places to eat even outside the zone of the h
Location: The location was perfect just off the freeway as we were just an overnight stop.
I am finding it annoying to fill out this section when I filled out information pertinent to my stay...

SmellyPosted Apr 12, 2014
I should have requested a different room, however it was very late by the time we arrived. The room smelled damp and rank. The fan needed to stay on because the hotel sits right next to train tracks, however the fan seemed to heat up the room rather than cool it down. It was a very uncomfortable night.

For a highway motel this provided all I needed. Being located by a rail main provided some nighttime noise. Rooms were adiquate but are due for a renovation, especially the carpets and bathroom.

Stayed one night. Though the room was a non-smoking room, we had to spray our clothes with febreeze after our stay. The sheet was too small, and we woke up in the middle of the night on the mattress. The breakfast was good with a waffle maker.

Our stay was very noisey...it was after midnight and doors were still banging.. The hallways and stairs needed cleaning....the back door and stairs were very dirty. The supposed breakfast was too full and not much left to choose from.

Good place to stop crossing the countryPosted Feb 27, 2014
Not much to complain about- clean, quiet, and and free breakfast. TV is SD, and the trains across the street are the only minuses.

not the best but you get what you pay forPosted Jan 8, 2014 on Hotels.com
breakfast was ok. at least you could get hot waffles (good for in the winter). Everything else was cold breakfast. Room was very small and dark but this may be because we were on the first floor, which is like the basement here. There was a giant puddle covering the middle of the hallway the night we arrived. Staff gave no explanation upon arrival and their solution to this was to throw a half dozen towels on top of the mess. We stayed here because it was only a night stopover for us on a trip West, so it satisfied our need for a hot shower and bed, but definitely nothing to write home about.
