“Very goog deal for the price you pay”
Since I arrived to the hotel, everything was ok. For the price of the room is what you can expect from it. This hotel has a very important feature and is the swimming pool. Maybe the location isn't the best (its a little bit far away from the city) but if you are looking fro a calm place, with good food or a reasonable price, well, this is it.
“excellant pool”
The hotel has two pools, but the main one is quite large. The water temperature was just right. Area around the pool was well maintained. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had a nice assortment and made to order omelets. My only complaint would be that the shower was either too hot or too cold. Overall-a very nice plave. On site travel agent was very helpful
“Amazing quality for the dollar”
At a price just 1/3rd of the Conrad Hilton in Bangkok, and in a city where the USG per diem rate is very similar, the Amari Rincome's "Deluxe" rooms and breakfasts were every bit as nice. Amazingly good for the price. Beautifully decorated rooms, with balconies directly overlooking the pool and a gorgeous garden.

“Relaxing location outside of main city center”
We really enjoyed our stay at the Amari Rincome in Chiang Mai. The breakfast buffet food and service was excellent - the best we had in Thailand. The staff was all smiles and ALWAYS there to take the time answer any questions in decent English. Pool areas were beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. Perfect hotel for businesspeople and adults...not a backpacker's destination. The only suggestion I have is to add a fitness center and the whole package would be amazing!
“Great Hotel for the price!”
This was the surprise of my trip. Hotel was about 20 minutes from Airport. Cab was 150 Baht during day, 300 at night. However if you make prior arrangement the Hotel will pick you up. The staff at hotel is extremely friendly and very helpful. The rooms are nice, big and clean with Mini bars in all rooms. The breakfast was unbelievable, you name it they had it. The hotel has 2 pools and a tennis court. The grounds are well kept and flower lover will love the orchids, which are everywhere. The restaurant food is extremely good, but get ready to pay western prices. This is a great Hotel and I would go back in a second
“great hotel”
We stayed here in early Feb 2009 during the flower festival. The room was very nice, the staff very helpful, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. Only problem we had was the shower-it was either hot or cold. We think this is a Thailand issue vs hotel as we had the same situation at other hotels.
