Good location in old city that near sunday market.Posted Jul 9, 2014
Pros: Location & big room
Cons: Put a blinds in the toilet window. too near to residence neighbour. I felt insecure when doing business.
Location: Sunday night market & massage & dining all within walking distance
I stayed in a suite on ground floor & the swimming pool is just right in front of me. Nice view & beautiful fish ponds.

Awesome!Posted May 29, 2014
Stayed here for 3 days - a little oasis in the middle of old Chiang Mai. Loved it here - great rooms with balcony (mine faced the courtyard with pool), well appointed rooms, unbelievably friendly and helpful staff, and great food. Location is perfect - 20 to 40 bht away from pretty much everything. Would absolutely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay here!Posted Mar 28, 2014
Pros: Staff, charm of the hotel, loved the bathroom - very authentic and original design, and the comfort of the room and amenities were wonderful.
Cons: In all of Asia, internet quality could be better, but it's free here, and so we could not complain. I wouldn't change anything else.
Location: Very easy walk to Sunday market and city center. TONS to do nearby - we were always a quick walk or tuk-tuk away from anything we wanted.
Our stay at the DeLanna was enjoyable in every way. The staff were very helpful and spoke English well enough to communicate and understand us. The hotel itself has a lot of charm, from the koi pond around the first floor entries, to the lovely swimming pool and the outside tables for breakfast - it was very peaceful and relaxing. Coming back here at the end of the day was a pleasure and waking up and starting the day here was as well. The value for the money was good - we probably could have found cheaper but wouldn't have wanted to give up any of what we had. Location was great - very easy walk to the Sunday Market, and to the city center.

Hotels are very well known ( among cab drivers )Posted Mar 2, 2014
Pros: the room, and also the design
Cons: the hotel is just perfect
Location: it is nearby to some famous wat, and situated very nearby to the old Chiang Mai town. Bicycle rental and motorbikes rental are very nearby.
I am loving everything in the hotel, the deco, the rooms and also services. What bothers me is that they don't have vegetarian or halal food options. It is very hard for me as a muslim to enjoy breakfast and also room service.

Great boutique accommodationPosted Jan 21, 2014
Pros: Polite and highly accommodating staff running a very tidy and appealing boutique hotel!
Location: Great spot if the Sunday markets are on your agenda as it's a short stroll away. Also close by are great restaurants and of course temples!
All the comforts of the large chain hotels without the pretences! No large crowds to contend with and the noise and queuing that more often than not goes with them! Bathroom is concrete finish but clean well fitted out and has an awesome quaint appeal, if you want the luxury bathroom experience, stick with the large chain hotels.

Boutique hotel with prompt service..Posted Jan 14, 2014 on Hotels.com
The room is decent size and the bed is firm and clean. However the bathroom is dated. The location is further away from the night market and Thae Phae Gate. These are the two places wheree the night life is at.

Well run and pleasant HotelPosted Dec 7, 2013
Cons: The Shower !- everything else was excellent
Location: Location was great with within the old city with plenty of eating places nearby also museums and temples are within a few minutes wake from the hotel
The Hotel was very pleasant staff went out of their way to be helpful also the breakfast was very good. What let the hotel down was the Bathroom - the Shower receptacle walls were concrete (I don't know if this was part of a policy to fashion the room in "LANNA" style) and had fungus growing on the wall - also the Shower curtain was stained. this was a shame because everything else was first class.
