“Small boutique Hotel near city centre”

A small and personal Hotel that is well located with excellent attentive staff, a quality breakfast and well presented rooms. This is the first hotel I have visited where the beer and nuts in the mini bar are free. Small swimming pool / jucuzzi. Just could not fault this hotel, certainly one to return to when next in Chiang Mai.

-This hotel is a true gem! It is affordable, has fabulous location, great staff, beautiful decor, good food (both the included breakfast, as well as their Cafe), and is impeccably clean. You can walk to most of the major attractions in the historic district, or you can use their tour guide to go to the nearby hill villages.

“The 'perfect' hotel (price/quality)”

I like everything of the place, the hotel itself, the location, the service, the food, etc. The room is comfortable and well decorated. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The location is perfect as everything is walking distance (Wats, restaurants, etc). The breakfast is not extensive but good. The only comment is the pool itself and the pool area are very small and it get crowded quickly. DeNaga was the best hotel of all our trip in Thailand.

“Great Hotel”

We were extremely pleased with everything about this hotel. Staff, style of building, and location. Very central for walking although still took Tuk Tuk for night market. Staff were very very nice, smiling and helpful. Breakfast was unusually brillant, even great european coffee served and fresh croissants as well as usual eggs etc. Used tour operator in hotel and were happy with personalised driver, his knowledge, friendliness and cheap price etc. Cheng was helpful as driver. Thankyou. Also just at back of hotel very good laundry lovely owner and everything came back clean, ironed and so cheap. We were extremely happy with. Recommended with all confidence.

“Extremely satisfied customer”

Beautiful little hotel in a convenient location. We arrrived very early in the morning, way before check in time, but were given a room straight away. We were also given a late check-out! Attentive and professional staff. Comfortable and clean rooms, only slight gripe was that the wifi didn't work all the time, but that's free and you can always use the free pcs in reception. Will surely stay here again. Turn right coming out of the hotel onto the ring road and sample the street food, - the best in Thailand, When in Chiang Mai make sure you do the elephant trek tour, amazing! The city is small enough to get around easily, Spa resorts tend to be on the edge of town and other hotels more toward the centre. Everywhere is within an inexpensive tuk-tuk or taxi ride

“Boutique property in great position”

De Naga is a lovely property in a very central position on the border of Chiang Mai's old city. It is very quiet, the rooms are spacious, the staff is very attentive and efficient, the breakfast buffet has everything you need, and the overall impression is restful. We were particularly impressed with the travel desk, which was very helpful. All in all, an excellent stay.

This was a great hotel. I selected it based on advice from a Thai friend who recommended small, B&B style hotels. This place immediately exceeded my expectations with its beautiful Thai inspired decor. The room was spacious and gorgeous. The breakfast was first class and the front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. The location was great, walking distance to many restaurants and bars, as well as historic sites. I was there for Songkran, and the location was perfect. Great deal!
