“Great Hotel to relax”

We were only in Chiang Mai for 3 days, but this hotel was among our favorite during our 2 week trip in Thailand. It was located away from the heart of Chiang Mai square cutting down on all the noise from traffic. It was about a 10 minute walk to the night bazaar and the silver district. The breakfast buffet was a nice perk and the food selection was fairly diverse, but even better was the lunch buffet! It was a shame that we didn't find out how good that was until the last day. I would have gained 10 more pounds eating there alone. I decided to use their laundry service for the trip home and they were very prompt and finished a lot sooner than I expected. The pool and sauna was also a treat after being in the country's hot and humid weather.

“Friendly Staff”

The rooms were nice and located in a central area. Away from too much and close to the Night Bazaar. Security is great and service was immediate. The staff was helpful and fluent in varies languages. Breakfast in the morning is a a big plus.

“Great Hotel & Great City to visit!”

Very good location. Nice pool and fantastic breakfast. It is worth it for you to stay here. They even give you discounts for booking of trips through them and makes their prices quite competitive with other providers while the quality is superior.

Friendly staff, great variety of food at breakfast, within walking distance from saturday market, sunday market and the famous night market. Inexpensive, clean and would definitely return.

“Wonderful experience! Can't wait to return to Chiang Mai....”

This hotel was exactly how it was explained and a wonderfully inexpensive option in the center of the Old City in Chiang Mai. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to any foreign traveler.

“classy decor and spacious but could be maintained better”

We stayed in the annex with spacious rooms and nicely decorated. Easy access to night market area. Had a bad experience with the rental car operator outside the hotel (independant of the hotel) so if you rent a car or get a taxi there make sure that you are being understood.
