Okay stay.
Stayed there for a night. Hotel advertised airport transfer, but it was not free. Room was spacious, almost condo like with separate living room and bedroom. Bedroom was okay, but dresser was big and creepy looking. Breakfast was okay, but limited food choices. Overall, okay stay and close to local night market. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

Great location
The location of the hotel is great since it is very close to the airport, the mall (like 3 minutes walk) and seven eleven. It's a huge mall. It's also not that far from Chiang Mai Night Safari. For the hotel room, it's good for what it costs. The breakfast doesn't have that many options for a buffet but still worth for it's price overall, by being in a good location.

Very comfy for a layover. Arrived late, left early next morning. They organised a taxi to airport, got complimentary breakfast, and helped get my heavy bag up to my room

Close to airport but not clean
Book this hotel because of early flight. Hotel is with walking distance to Central Plaza Shopping Center, but still need a taxi to airport. Room is not clean and I saw insects in bathroom. I would not recommend to move to this hotel or any airport hotel as Chiangmai airport is quiet close to city center.

Convenient stay
This is an old property that is well cared for. We needed a quick overnight stay near the airport and this worked perfectly! We needed to store luggage for 4 Days and the staff was extremely accommodating.

Basic economy hotel. No frills. No extras. Was good for a quick night. Not great for light sleepers as you could here everyone on the floor. Amazing vegetarian restaurant 2 blocks away....the Tree Cafe. Excellent local dishes too!!!

basic airport hotel close to chiang mai airport.
This hotel is located very close to the airport but it's free of any aircraft noise.. adjacent to a shopping centre which helps and a short taxi ride to the rest of Chiang mai. breakfast was OK . very reasonable for the price paid.

Bed was rock hard, sleeping on it for more than a single night is likely to give you severe back problems. Breakfast was unedible besides the toast. Bugs in the room. If you're looking for a single night to crash somewhere for cheap in Chiang Mai, this isn't that bad of a deal. Just be warned it is probably more for someone who can tolerate a few bugs here and there. It does have A/C though, which let us able to sleep through the night.

Hotel needs to revamp & make it user friendly!
Room very dimly lit with one single ceiling orange light! No bedside lamps at all. Toilet no space to put toiletries & no hooks for hanging clothes when showering. No shower curtain to protect clothes from getting wet. Air-con just outside balcony directly beside bed making it so noisy even with door shut! Not comfortable at all! Have bad spirit feel when the ceiling light is switched off! Cannot sleep at all!

I only stayed here overnight basically before a flight but it was generally comfortable. Room was clean and bathroom was relatively updated. The staff was pretty helpful in getting me to a nearby washing machine for my clothes and a taxi in the early morning. The floor was a non smoking but there was definitely some maintenance guy smoking at night which smelled horrible

Surprisingly nice hotel in a great location...
The hotel is clean and nice looking, and the staff was very helpful. The room was actually a one bedroom suite with a large bathroom. If there were a kitchen sink, I could live in a room like that. The bed was not the hardest I have slept on in Thailand, but it was not great. Thais like their beds rock hard. Otherwise, the room was great, and I would definitely stay there again.

Base for exploring Chiang Mai and surrounding area
The accommodation consisted of a suite with a little kitchenette. However, the furniture was old and dark and very uninviting, the seating in the 'lounge' was very uncomfortable and one could not relax there. The kitchenette was not equipped with cutlery or crockery, though I would not have liked to do any food preparation there. It was a tight squeeze to get round to one side of the bed and everything was cramped there. The safety deposit was, we were told, broken! Breakfast was not good, with very little choice and the restaurant resembled an old roadside café. I had enough of the place and checked out after 4 of the 7 nights that I paid for.

Strong WiFi, decent breakfast buffet, staff weren't so friendly but tried their best to understand our English requests. They seemed to working with the taxi companies go try to get a cut with transportation every time we requested rides to places. The hotel is very outdated and the bathrooms aren't too roomy. The TV is super old and outdated as well. We weren't staying too long in the area so we chose this place as it is super close to the airport. If I were to come back to Chiang mai I would not stay here again.

Nice hotel close to Airport and Good shopping mall
Nice clean, comfortable and well decorated room. Very close to airport - you'll need to order a taxi. A short walk - 10 minutes or less - across the road to Central Airport Plazza shopping mall. Good place to stay at the beginning or end of stay in Chiang Mai. Some of the staff don't know much English, but if you're flexible, that shouldn't be a problem.

Excellent value hotel
Best value hotel I have ever stayed in. The breakfast spread is pretty good, the rooms are very spacious and fairly well maintained, the staff is helpful. Very fairly priced services like motorbike rental, taxi, minibar, etc. We extended our initial booking by 2 more days. This hotel made our stay at Chiang Mai special!

I booked at Noble Place for just one night: I got in on a late flight and would be leaving the following afternoon. The front desk had some difficulty finding my booking, and upgraded my room to a suite for the inconvenience! (Note: there is an elevator, but at the ground level it starts at the top of a few stairs. I was staying on the second floor, so there was little point in climbing half the stairs and taking the elevator for the second half.) The front desk waited as I rearranged some of my belongings so that they could keep the bags I wouldn't be needing for the night downstairs with them. When I checked out, they held my bags until I could return later with my friend's car to pick them up.

convenient for early flights. Huge shopping mall 5 mn walk from the hotel. The mall contains an interesting bazaar on the ground floor with a lot of local products. A nice massage/spa center in front of the hotel. Staff are very professional. The rooms are big (it was actually a suite while I booked a deluxe room) with a small balcony. Value for money.

The condition of the hotel in general was not as good as I expected--it showed age, though it was clear that they were trying to make it as nice as possible. Cons: steps leading up to reception, as well as steps leading up to the elevator!! We were on the 8th floor, which required us to walk up another 1/2 flight of stairs. We also thought the location was within walking distance of the airport, but it is actually a little far for that. Pros: The staff ordered a taxi to pick us up for an early morning flight, and it showed up right on time. The room was large and bed comfortable, though the decor was a little strange. There is a great massage place just steps from the hotel down the little street (Relaxation)--highly recommend! Overall, I would stay there again, as the price was right for a pretty good place to stay overnight before a flight out.

I was really impressed by the size and cleanliness of the room, the Lanna Thai furnishings, the comfortable king bed, the budget price, and the friendly hotel staff, MOST of who could speak English! I have stayed all over Thailand and even in the most touristed areas, often staff speak little English. They were all so accommodating as well, especially the front desk staff. The hotel is very convenient to the Airport Central Plaza across the road. A bit difficult getting local transportation, but can do from the mall across the street. The free buffet breakfast was just OK, nothing special and not always hot. I intended to stay only two nights but due to circumstances I stayed another 3, and thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing time. I was not in Chiang Mai as a tourist, and have been here many times before, so convenience in getting to tourist venues was not on my radar. Having a comfortable place to hang out was. I would easily stay here again.

Good for a few nights near the Airport
This hotel is not quite near anything besides the mall and airport but staff was friendly and breakfast was standard. If you arrive before or after their shuttle time it may be difficult to get a cheap ride. Flagging down a red truck will be the cheapest and drivers try to rip you off but aim for 50 baht for the red trucks. It may take a few tries to get one but you will find someone to take you.

I honestly don't think you can get a better hotel for $23, that being said in some circumstances you get what you pay for. My sink leaked all over the bathroom floor for example, but hey, I was paying $23 to stay here. Staff was very nice.

Nice inexpensive stay near airport
For a simple yet clean hotel this was a good place to stay. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance of a huge shopping mall where you could buy those last minute gifts and get a bite to eat. They offered a buffet breakfast in the am which we opted out of because there were few vegetarian items. All and all I would recommend this place for a short stay.

朝の便でバンコクからチェンマイへ、空港から歩いてショッピングモールにより昼食をとったあと少し早いがチェックインした。少し涼しくなってから徒歩で観光出来た空港を利用するのにとても便利。全体的には古い作りだがクラシカルな家具が置かれていた。インスタントコーヒーがあったり衛星放送があるが静かに寝れたのが良かった。
