Pleasant stayPosted Dec 9, 2014
Pros: Airy and big room, good bathroom, excellent large swimming pool, helpful staff, acceptable restaurant.
Cons: Noise coming from rooms above can be excessive at night. Hotel should book groups likely to stay up all night into lowest rooms. Improve staff English
Location: The hotel is among many others slightly outside the main town. Central Siem Reap is easily accessible by a short tuk tuk or taxi ride.
We had a pleasant stay. The hotel was very welcoming and staff eager to help. The swimming pool provided a relaxing afternoon. Local tours were organized through the hotel efficiently.

Very quiet location (if that's what you want)Posted Nov 13, 2014
The hotel is tucked away in a very small lane, so difficult to find even the taxi driver struggled. The ambience is good,, obviously quiet but if you are looking for somewhere to escape then this may be your choice. If on the other hand you want some nightlife, restaurants, markets and people then suggest you choose the other side of town near the night bazaar. Breakfast was good, and the staff friendly. Some may be put off by the wildlife......mosquitos a plenty (hence the insect repellant provided in the room) and many chit chats though thankfully none evident inside the room.

By far my favorite hotelPosted Sep 11, 2014
Location: Nothing is far if you like to walk. otherwise, you can easily get a tuk tuk or taxi and be anywhere within old city quickly.
Of my whole honeymoon in Thailand this hotel was my favorite. A real gem. Located conveniently in the old city. Incredibly helpful staff. Above all I LOVED everything about the décor and the whole ambiance there. Great deal for the price. Wonderful food!! Best boutique hotel I've stayed in anywhere. Can't say enough good about this place!

落ち着きのあるホテルPosted Aug 23, 2014 on Hotels.com

Stay at Rachamankha!Posted Jul 31, 2014 on Hotels.com
This place is amazing boutique hotel - top to bottom. Only mild issue was that of all the places we stayed, this had the least impressive bathroom (which is saying the rest was excellent). The food and service are top notch. The hotel manager has trained his employees wonderfully and really knows how to treat guests. The classic architecture was thoughtful and beautiful. Not only did we long the hotel, but loved Chiang Mai and will be going back. The hotel is right in the thick of everything, and short distance tuk tuk rides get you anywhere else you want to be. Highly recommend staying here.

Relax and comfortPosted Jul 31, 2014 on Hotels.com
I love this boutique hotel. The room, the public areas, the service, the library, the pool, just to name a few. If I would have to point out the flaws: food at the restaurant was a bit weaker than you normally could get in Chiang Mai and the price of food was a bit higher.
