Value, Location, Atmosphere Outstanding

Stayed here with my son and daughter for three days - right on the beach, no crowds, great pool, service was outstanding, and the food was reasonable and really good. Highly recommend for a simple, relaxing getaway!

Very good apart from Internet

Posted May 18, 2015
Pros: Most things apart from the Internet.
Cons: Would you guess, the Internet connection to each room...!
Location: You definitely need a car to get around. I hired one for 2 days while I was there.
Most other hotels these days provide free Internet in rooms as part of their standard package. Siripanna charges a high additional fee per day for this service. This is no longer acceptable.

Very enjoyable!

Posted May 17, 2015
The hotel was nice, a great pool, a great spa, good food and some amazing staff - in particular the manager Manus and another staff member Naan. They were so helpful in making recommendations to us and making our stay in Chiangmai so memorable!

のんびり過ごすことが目的ならいいホテル

Posted May 14, 2015
Pros:

Enjoyed our stay

Posted May 2, 2015
Location: Close to Wat Phrathat, Doi Suthep; Bhubing Palace, and Chiang Mai International Airport.
A great hotel near the centre of Chiang Mai. It was a little difficult to find at first because it's hidden on a little back alley and even when you're driving right past it, it's not very apparent. Nevertheless, we did find it evetually! The parking area is very small given the size of the complex, but there's always security on duty to guide you in, and we always found a space. The staff are great and they'll be there to meet you and take your luggage as soon as park your car. Inside, the resort was very elegant and formal with the front desk staff very professional. While we were being checked in they sat us down in the lobby with some complimentary tea. Our room was nice and clean, but the decore makes the rooms feel very dark, even in the day time. Still, we found very little to complain about. The resort grounds are big and makes for a nice walk in the morning. The pool area is set out very nice with lots of palm trees. The buffet breakfast was good with lots to choose from, as is the restaurant for dinner. They hotel offers a complimentary van service to the Chiang Mai Night Bazar. It departs the hotel at 6:30pm and picks you up again at 8:30pm. You just have to register with the front desk staff. If you want to spend longer at the markets, you can choose to come back by tuk tuk for about 200 baht. We found the traffic in Chiang Mai was worse than Bangkok, so we made good use of the van service!

Nice hotel but the location is a bit far away

The decoration of the hotel is a bit old style while the staff is very nice and helpful.. The environment of the restaurant is not that good!
