Good hotel for a few daysPosted Aug 7, 2014
Pros: Front of house staff and food.
Cons: The pool area wasn't very well kept during the day. Towels left all over.
Location: A little out of town but plenty of transport to get into town quickly. Good laundry close by.
Wanted to stay some where more authentic and this place fits te bill. Fantastic front of house staff that cannot do enough for you. Restaurant was very good and the eveing buffets where some of the best choices I've seen. Pool small but ok for just a few days.

Relaxation and luxuryPosted Jul 17, 2014
Pros: Food, service and accomodation.
Location: Location quiet as it is set away from town. Van takes regularly into town.
Lovely relaxing environment, we really enjoyed our stay. Great breakfast selections and comfortable room. Transport into town regular and reliable as the hotel is not close to tourist activities. Tours pick up fine from the hotel. Activities at hotel also introduces tourists to Thai culture.

Excellent service, quiet locationPosted Jun 27, 2014
Cons: My only wish was that they have a few more authentic Thai dishes which is a little bit more spicy to cater to Asian tourists like me and my family.
Their excellent service began the moment we arrive. Hotel surrounding is quiet, tastefully decorated and designed, very spacious room. We did not request for extra bed for my young son but they provided it anyway and i was very pleased indeed. Due to their location, they have free shuttle to city centre which is only 10 mins away. The pool was excellent as well, enough corners for privacy of other guests. Good spread of food at their buffet and price is very reasonable. Very happy stay for me and my family and we look forward to return soon.

The Royal Llama Villa was magnificentPosted Jun 16, 2014
We stayed here for our honeymoon. It was well worth the splurge. The hotel and surroundings were gorgeous. The pool was amazing and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Our villa was awesome, it had a fountain in the bathroom and a spa bath with Rose petals. Very romantic setting for a honeymoon!!

Fabulous poolPosted May 25, 2014 on Hotels.com
We really enjoyed staying here for 5 nights. Lovely resort with very friendly staff. Firm and very comfortable beds. Good soundproofing between rooms. There are no facilities to wash or iron in the hotel and charges for laundering/pressing are very pricey - there's a laundry within walking distance that will charge 1/10 of the price. Apart from that, everything was great and we would stay again without hesitation.

Chiang mai honeymoonPosted Apr 20, 2014 on Hotels.com
Siripanna was a disappointment to say the least. The rooms were average at best, and extremely loud. Everytime another guest would close a door there was a huge banging sound that would drive anyone mad! It kept us up at night and woke us up every morning. Also, the bed was extremely hard and there is no air conditioning in the lobby or the bar area. The pool is filthy and run down. We didn't even swim in it because of the appearance. The biggest let down for me however was the food. The buffet breakfast was sub par and a lot of the breads and pastries were so old and stale you couldn't eat them. I'm pretty sure some of the pastries were reused every morning for our entire 5 day stay. The dinner buffet was also a let down. This hotel is not convenient to much either, so be prepared to spend about $20 each way on cabs everytime you want to go to the market or out for dinner. We will not be staying at the siripanna again.
