Beautiful hotel

Posted Oct 18, 2014
Very friendly and helpful staff. The setting in and out of room is beautiful. Great and healthy breakfast with many choices. The shuttle between hotel and town works well if you can find the various collecting points- we were forgotten once but they sent car to collect us soon after we called them.

Honeymoon!

you must stay at this beautiful hotel , all staff are exceptional, room is wonderful, we did hire a motorcycle to get around off the tourist track, which was a great idea, there are so many things to see and do here.

Nice hotel, not like others!

Posted Oct 9, 2014
Pros: The sounds of nature, and all the greenery. There are plenty of bamboo trees, golden bamboo which I have never seen until this visit.
Cons: Rooms are poorly insulated, as we can hear others from floors above, or rooms next door.
Location: Hotel is very close to the old city.
We stayed here for a few days, and the hotel it self is very nice and clean. The staff are great! The location is not too bad either, close to the hotel, and other parts of the city.

They tried to charge for wifi

Posted Oct 3, 2014
Pros: Nothing stands out
Cons: Not there long enough
Location: Town not within walking distance
Should have laid on transport to the airport. Food was ok but nothing to write home about.

Awesome, Relaxing wonderful staff

Posted Sep 30, 2014
Pros: The layout of the hotel was great and bathroom/bed were fantastic!
Cons: Minor Improvement - add a lift (would be beneficial for older people or getting luggage downstairs)
Location: Markets galore, Tiger Kingdom - pretty much hire a taxi for the day and travel about.
From the moment we arrived the staff were there to help with luggage and introduced us to different staff. They helped with setting up another bed in the room and ensured we had any creature comforts required. My partner and his friend said the BBQ Seafood & beer buffet was fantastic.

Thai style

It should be a beautiful hotel, but parts of hotel on the back side are lack of maintainance. The room is good size, but not enough light and not easy to control the light switch. Housekeeping does not meet the standard. A bit far from city. Hotel takes tour groups, can be loud in the dinning and pool area.

great value if you get a deal!

Posted Aug 7, 2014 on Hotels.com
I don't know if I'd pay full price but it was a great hotel with friendly staff who were very helpful. Only a 100-120 baht tuk tuk from the old city. Also try the cocktail buffet after 7 for only 350$ baht. All you can drink for 2 hours! The best is the Mae Ping River.

Good hotel for a few days

Posted Aug 7, 2014
Pros: Front of house staff and food.
Cons: The pool area wasn't very well kept during the day. Towels left all over.
Location: A little out of town but plenty of transport to get into town quickly. Good laundry close by.
Wanted to stay some where more authentic and this place fits te bill. Fantastic front of house staff that cannot do enough for you. Restaurant was very good and the eveing buffets where some of the best choices I've seen. Pool small but ok for just a few days.

A gem, quiet solitude

Posted Jul 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
The Siripanna was just lovely. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed that it was away from the main part of the city, yet a mere 5-10 mins by tuk-tuk to old town or the Night Market. Service and food was acceptable, with all the charm Thailand brings. The Spa is on the backside of the property. We had facials and massages, both well done. This hotel is a solid 4 and would recommend.

Great Resort

Pros: The design of the resort - feels like staying in a forest resort.
It was a really great experience, I will definitely stay there again, great location and environment.
