Peaceful location. Good Value for money.

Enjoyed a relaxing stay at the Imperial. However given the somewhat remote location this resort would be unsuitable for those without their own transport, as isolation and tranquility away from the city are the key here. Rooms are comfortable and clean but the bathrooms are definitely dated, none the less fully functional. Breakfast was simple but adequate and as a whole the Imperial represents good value for money and I would happily return.

Pros: Breakfast man was very helpful goes the extra mile and staff don't talk about money all seem very respectable people
Cons: Midgies/Mosquitos
Facilities: Great sporting varieties; Value: Economical; Service: Go the extra mile; Great sporting resort never seen facilities like it. Away from town so no where to wonder too but beautiful big grounds and free service into city.

Pros: The Olympic-sized swimming pool - big, beautiful and clean. Also nice surroundings, in parkland outside Chiang Mai
Cons: The hotel seems to have seen grander days; everything looks a bit tired
Location: Far from Chiang Mai town
Facilities: Tired, Ordinary, Old; Value: Bargain; Service: Sufficient; Cleanliness: Tidy;
