The food options for vegetarians were few but very delicious. The breakfast spread was excellent. Staff in general were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the views were great. They could improve their gym by replacing or repairing the broken equipment such as the treadmill.

We enjoyed this beautiful property, with it's stunning views of the Tuscan countryside. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They also were very fluent in the English language. We highly recommend this hotel.

Cute little Tuscan hotel. Easy to get to from Florence if you are driving and parking is included. Loved our room with a Terrance! Dinner and wine was also great. Only thing is the beds weren’t super comfortable.

Beautiful views from the large clean room. Unfortunately no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. When I requested, I was told I can always go down to the bar and buy a coffee. Restaurant was ok but a limited menu. One young waiter had a bad body odour problem. Breakfast was ok but hot foos was not kept hot.

The room was basic. The bathroom shower was so terrible. Everything you showered it basically made a lot a puddle on the floor because of the design and layout. I probably wouldn’t recommend this place.

Great family stay. Breakfast was good too. Room was comfortable and spacious we had a Jr. Suit. Pool and grounds were beautiful. Would definitely come back and stay again. Highly recommend for couples or families.

Overall, a lovely place to stay. The only negatives are, no tea/coffee facilities in the room and poor WI-FI. You also have find someone to be able to get a drink. Reception staff were particularly helpful and always extremely friendly

A very comfortable hotel in the Chianti Classico country side. The people working there are fantastic!! Carlota, Emma, Nora, Manuel, Monica, etc very, very helpful and kind. I am forgetting the name of other people, but all of them 5 stars.

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Borgo di Cortefreda. The location was perfect for our Tuscany drives, and our room with the balcony view was exactly what we hoped to enjoy on a Tuscan holiday. The view is to die for!! Every single staff member was welcoming and answered every question we had. Breakfast was delicious and more generous than expected as the options were abundant. The pool area was really nice and the spa was a nice addition. Everyone was very friendly. Definitely would stay here again.

Property is located in a gorgeous part of Tuscany’s Chinati region with beautiful views and surrounded by all the Tuscan country side has to offer - wine tastings, farms, restaurants and villages. Also only a 30 minute drive to Florence. Family (and dog) friendly. On site restaurant was great and pool bar was a treat.

If you need to relax and spend quality time with your family. This is a wonderful option. This is a magical place to create amazing memories. The distance from this place to Florence is about 45 min. We had to use local bus to travel and make it more affordable. Vs having to pay for a taxi.

I did not like how ac system is immediately turned off for winter. Had to leave the door open to receive cool air if not the room would have been too hot to sleep in for me. Spa services were also only available on weekend and I wish I could of utilized these services during the week.

Beautiful hotel with amazing grounds. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was nice. The room was clean and comfortable, basic but nice. I was a little disappointed I did not receive any of the VIP amenities especially since the hotel did not seem very busy during my stay. I would definitely visit here again and the drive was lovely.

Lovely spot in a beautiful area. The pool is great and the staff was very friendly. The only thing missing to make this place outstanding would be a concierge service to help arrange activities in the area.

Nice place on very beautiful area of Tuscany you can rich il 25 min drive San Gimignano. Siena. And 30 min to Firenze excellent restaurant superb service and ottimo food . We stay two nights and we used the spa as well very professional massages we will return

It was a fabulous experience, the staff is very hospitable and very charming, the scenery is exquisite and many small villages to discover nearby, E-Bikes was a wonderful addition and Corine at massage a gem, so professional! The pool staff so nice and always smiling 🙂 We will come back !

The perfect stay
We stayed at the hotel with our dog. The staff was very nice. They left a bed, 2 bowls and a pack of treats for our dog. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff kept the COVID19 preventative restrictions. The property itself is gorgeous! Highly recommended!
