Not as advertisedPosted May 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
This accommodation advertises: "espresso makers and coffee/tea makers. Bathrooms offer showers with rainfall showerheads, and bidets. All units have kitchens with stove tops, full-sized refrigerators/freezers, dishwashers, and cookware/dishes/utensils." There are no espresso or coffee/tea makers. There are no rainfall showerheads. There are no kitchens. The locale is beautiful and the apartment is new and clean, but most of what is promised is not delivered.

Not all the apartments, rented for one night only has the kitchen. The client can tell us this when she entered in the apartment, but she didn't it. This was a good way to avoid the cost of the night and she tried to do it, but we asked a 50% for this apt just 50 € for an apt with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms + living room....... And now we have this review!

Chiantishire at its bestPosted May 5, 2014 on Hotels.com
A lovely, peaceful, modern farm house apartment located in the heart of central Tuscany. Apartment we stayed at had three 3 bedrooms including a living room big enough to accommodate 6-8 people. Important to note that the kitchen mentioned in the Hotel description is not within the apartment but is a separate unit which would suggest sharing with other apts in the farm house (Guess 2 other apts). Apartment offered excellent wifi connection and satellite channels. The bed was comfortable with new bed furnishings l. Overall, a very nice apartment and place to stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel esp during the summer months to allow for a dip in the pool.

Beautiful and cozy!Posted Apr 8, 2014 on Hotels.com
This was a wonderful place to stay at, felt like real tuscany! we will go back there for sure! The owners are amazing, we had a problem with the internet, and they took care of it straight away, even when it was already 9 p.m. and when they live at another place about 5 min from there, we really appreciated that. We totally fell in love with it!

Great villa style appartment in the countrysidePosted Sep 7, 2013
Pros: Clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils. Large bedrooms with a great view. Great pool.
Cons: Needs clearer directions to location/ how to pick up keys etc before departure.
We stayed here for 2 nights for a friends wedding nearby. It's a lovely appartment in a villa. We had a great time and the pool was fantastic. We arrived by bus and didn't realise the address given is just where you pick up the keys from! There are no taxis in the towns nearby so was a mission to get to- you need a car! Best suited as a self catering/longer stay venue, but we would definitely go back.

Beautiful property, fantastic host and hostess!Posted Jul 23, 2013
Pros: Location, quality of accommodations and great staff.
Location: Hiking, biking, wine tours, eating, and site seeing are all accessible.
Beautiful location, fantastic winery and lovely summer days in the Tuscan hills. The apartment was immaculate, beautiful and comfortable. Be sure to call and confirm which apartment you are getting as there is one with no kitchen - but if that is what you want it is a great place as well!

BeautifulPosted Jun 27, 2013
Pros: Secluded, quiet, and endless, majestic views.
Cons: maybe a bigger tv
Far better than what we expected. The atmosphere is very peaceful, relaxing, roomy, clean, quiet, secluded. The town of Mercatale was quaint and nice. Great for a morning or evening walk. The drive to Florence was under 30 minutes and easy. If you like quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is for you.
