DO NOT STAY HERE!
The beds are uncomfortable, you have to check out everyday, there are no private showers only the public bath, the toilets are disgusting, the staff don't speak English and its in the middle of nowhere (and hour train ride into Tokyo)!

....
Can't really complain, it is a CAPSULE hotel. It is an outdated building. Very hard to find the hotel. I almost gave up looking for it. Nobody knew where it was

It's a capsule. What do you expect?
I stayed in capsule hotel for 2 nights. It is a capsule room... Not much to it. The service was great. People are quiet and polite. Community showers and washrooms. Perfect for a cheap place to crash and store your items while you roam around the city. Only downside. You have to check out everyday even if you are staying for a long period of time. If not, there is a charge or fee attached to your bill.

Facilities are old and dilapidated, the capsule have poor sound insulation and smelly. The common room is the better facility of this capsule hotel, it only recommend for whom budget is very tight and very don't care.

Never Want To Do It Again
Very untidy, old bathrooms. Disgusting. Very stinky beds in capsules, and you have to bring your own earplugs because of sleepers snoring. Smelled like in the tobacco room all the time. Only one towel, you can't request for another. Very little locker space. Really terrible. Not worth it! Terrible terrible terrible.

Clean and well located. Close to Tokyo station.
Affordable, clean and well located hotel. Close to Tokyo station from where you can start your journeys through Japan in the high speed trains also known as shinkansen.

Keep away of weed smokers...
It was very good for the first time, but after several days of staying, there appeared some people who smoked right in their capsule even though the space is supposed to be "No Smoking"... And it wasn't usual tobacco's smell, I think it was marihuana... I told about it to the person at the front desk, but everythyng they told me is "as the capsule's curtain are all closed, we don't know who does smoking... So we can let you change the floor." That's all... As the smell was also in the bath and rest area, and as it is against my principles to let any intoxications to my body, I just went to stay at the place of my friend in Tokyo, who just couldn't let me stay there breathing such an unclean air... As of the service in hotel, they were very kind as it is still Japanese tradition... But if they would care, they could at least call police... But they prefer receive money from the narcomaniacs...
