“A fine hotel”

I found the hotel to be a fine one, with a comfortable (but smallish) room and a clean bathroom. I liked being able to dine on the 11th floor looking out over the airport at night and seeing the planes taking off and landing, but the food and drink were expensive, perhaps due to the dollar/yen exchange rate. I would have been more comfortable if I could have gotten more cold night air into the room, but the window, although big, just tilts in a bit and doesn't really allow breezes to enter.

“Nice hotel.”

My impression of this hotel is nice. It didn't have especially bad points though didn't have extremely good ones either. But I used only a room so I cannot tell anything about other facilities like restaurant.

“Convenient, clean, and well run property”

This hotel is quite conveniently located 15minute free shuttle ride from Narita. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes (on the dot!) during peak hours, or a JPY2500 taxi ride from the Narita station (if arriving late at night by the commuter train from the city, like I did). Off-hours the shuttle runs less frequently, so check in advance. Hotel breakfast is nice, and the rooms are comfortable, with fine amenities. A little unusual to have to pay for internet, but also that was affordable at JPY735 per night, and connectivity was very good. The hotel offered great value for money - I will absolutely stay again if similar travel requirements come up.

“Ok but”

Like all airport hotels. Clean, comfortable, boring but good place to sleep. The shuttle bus is only once an hour which means waiting in the cold or getting a taxi. Other Narita hotels like Holiday Inn (recommended) have more frequent bus service which is perhaps why they get booked out earlier. Crowne Plaza has a nice convenience store in lobby (sandwiches. beer, toiletries etc ) which is a plus. Breakfast typically mediocre and overpriced compared to Japanese city hotels. Staff impeccable as everywhere in Japan.

“Good to hotel to stay in Narita for overnight transit”

It was nice to spend an hour in swiming pool there. It's 18m length, little bit short compared to junior olimpic size. But nobody else was using when I was there. It was worth to pay 1,000 yen for the use.

“Good overnight stay at Narita”

We (2 adults, 2 kids) were flying back to the States on ANA and had a 12-hour layover at Tokyo Narita, so we booked one night at the ANA Crowne Plaza. The hotel's shuttle bus comes about every 30 minutes, so we didn't have to wait too long. It was about a 20-minute ride between airport and hotel. The hotel is set on a hill overlooking the main road, so it was pretty quiet. We had a spacious corner room with 2 queen-size beds (well, maybe a bit smaller than U.S. queen-size). The room was very clean, and included extras like robes and slippers. Breakfast buffet for 2 adults also was included. It was not cheap, but I think we got our money's worth (considering we were in Japan).
