“NRT Recovery”

Great place to recover on landing at NRT, and to prepare for departure from NRT.

“did the job”

Good hotel for crashing in before long flight back to Europe. Bit annoyed about having to pay for internet and to pay for use of the swimming pool. hotel pleasant enough and room/bed was very comfortable

“comfortable”

We were so tired when we arrived, that we barely noticed how small the room was.

“Good for Narita overnight”

The ANA was very good in all respects, the bus from Narita was quick. Staff was very helpful. I arrived late, too late for dinner, and no other restaurants available locally. Bar on top floor was way too quiet, too few people.

“Good overnight stay at Narita”

We (2 adults, 2 kids) were flying back to the States on ANA and had a 12-hour layover at Tokyo Narita, so we booked one night at the ANA Crowne Plaza. The hotel's shuttle bus comes about every 30 minutes, so we didn't have to wait too long. It was about a 20-minute ride between airport and hotel. The hotel is set on a hill overlooking the main road, so it was pretty quiet. We had a spacious corner room with 2 queen-size beds (well, maybe a bit smaller than U.S. queen-size). The room was very clean, and included extras like robes and slippers. Breakfast buffet for 2 adults also was included. It was not cheap, but I think we got our money's worth (considering we were in Japan).

“Close to the Narita airport”

The hotel was pretty close to the airport, but not close to anything else. It did have 3 nice restaurants, although we only used the one on the first floor. Everyone was very friendly and helpful with all our questions. The main reason for staying there would be to be close to the airport and that shuttle was convenient for us. Buses to other parts of the city and back to the hotel. were infrequent, so we didn't use them. The room was clean and had everything we needed, a little outdated, but that was not a problem. The gift shop offered good snacks and quite a variety of reasonably priced souveniers too. Overall I think we were very satisfied with our stay.

“Very pleased with this hotel.”

I stayed at this hotel while overnighting in Tokyo on a trip back to the US from China. I was very pleased with the hotel-- it was clean, affordable, and close to the airport (about a 10-15 minute bus ride). I would definately stay there again.

“Good choice for stop over”

The only negative is that the hotel bus from the airport to the hotel leaves once per hour. If you miss it you have to take a taxi or wait an hour. In the morning the bus was clearly announced and the desk staff knew the right time to leave
