"This hotel was really nice. The room was small but that was already expected. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I loved the fact they had a conscience store on the first floor that’s open 24 hours. I went down one morning around 2 a.m. to grab a snack. The breakfast was also delicious "

"Property was very good - felt safe, walkable(5-10mts) to train stations, taxis easily available at the property, hotel has good amenities, friendly staff, walkable to tokyo tower. Staff were extremely kind and polite and greeted guests with so much respect. Overall super happy with the stay. "

"We had a great experience during our stay. The service was overall fantastic. The furnishings and ambience were very upscale (especially for the price point). The room we stayed in was still a bit small, but that’s to be expected in a Tokyo. The location is fantastic, being very close to Shimbashi station and in a walkable, yet upbeat area. "

"I would definitely go back and I plan on it. It was such a great place to stay and pretty walkable to all the transportation you’ll need. Even if you decide to just walk around, it’s a great place to stay. They were also so accommodating because I didn’t have a ticket to get on the bus to go back to the airport but they made it happen anyway. I still had to buy the ticket but it was very easy, cheap, and they didn’t have to go out of their way so it was nice."

"Much better than the Villa Fontaine. If you want to avoid the crowds at a giant hotel but looking for a comfortable accommodation, this is the one. I’ve stayed both and will choose the Royal."

"Very close to the airport"

"This hotel was great! Very clean and staff very helpful. They drop off clean towels outside your door daily without asking for them if you put on the “ do not disturb” which is amazing. The location is in the middle of the Shinjuku life yet hotel is quiet. The city view is very nice and the size is comfortable even if small it is made efficiently. "
