“Great Tokyo Disney hotel”

This hotel is very good for those people mainly visiting Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. We had to go a bit out of our way to sightsee in the city of Tokyo, though it was not too bad. This hotel is right outside of the Bayside Station for the monorail which makes getting around the Disney area and getting to the main Japan Rail station very convenient. The hotel staff were all very nice and the accommodations were nice and clean. The only draw-back is that the restaurants in the hotel are VERY expensive! One of them charged equivalent of $25 for unlimited soft drinks (and beer and wine) on top of the $50/person buffet cost. The food was good, but it wasn't worth the price tag. The staff are all fluent in English and the Starbucks in the lobby is very convenient. I enjoyed my stay here. The beds are Asian and so they are not as soft/comfy as one might hope, but they are not too bad.

We were comfortable and never felt "out of place". Everyone was helpful and courteous. We really enjoyed our week at the Hilton - Tokyo Bay

“Excellent Hotel”

One of the best Disney hotel's I've stayed at. Very clean, very professional and overall great experience. The dining here however is quite expensive, but as expected being that it's located in Tokyo. I highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and comfortable stay at Disney Tokyo.

“I would go back tomorrow!”

The Hotel was clean and very client orientated. Always greeted with a friendly Hello. We could always find someone who spoke english. The staff never liked to see us carry anything and would hurry over to carry our luggage or packages. Great location for Disney Sea and Disney Land. The JR line is close. Happy to have Starbucks in the Lobby. Additional pastry shop in the lobby.....we went every am to pick up something for breakfast!

“Brilliant!”

This hotel was excellent in all facets. Rooms were a good size - service was excellent. Great transport facilities - shuttle bus to disney station (although we found by the last day it was just as quick to walk) - disney station runs constantly and we were able to get to Tokyo with a quick connection. The staff were only too pleased to assist, weather it was with bookings or just general queries. Can't wait to go back to Tokyo and will definately stay with the Tokyo Hilton again.

The hotel is better than the reviews. Great location, Great staff, Great room (stay on the top two floors (10/11) these are the new rooms.

“Perfect location for Disney; OK for Tokyo as well”

We spent 4 nights at this hotel, knowing that we wanted 2 days at Tokyo Disney and 2 days sightseeing in Tokyo.. Pros: Luxurious, clean hotel. There is a 'room charge' so you can fit up to 4 people in a room with existing bedding and not pay the 'extra person fee' which is common in much of Asia. Hotel is very convenient to both Disney and Tokyo sightseeing. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. There is a Starbucks and a bakery in the lobby - both reasonably priced. Plus there is a huge mall/food court at Ikspiari which is one of the stops on the monorail. At this same monorail stop (gateway) is the Japan Rail station with easy transport into Tokyo (about $2 and takes 15 - 20 minutes). Airport limo bus gives door-to-door service between Narita and hotel ($24ish per person). Cons: You must use the monorail to get anywhere and there is a charge - we bought a multiday pass which was about $15 per person for 4 days. Beds are a bit hard - not as bad as in China, but do not have 'pillowsoft' feel of luxury US hotels. Food is very expensive in hotel restaurants...but as I said, there are many other options at Ikspiari. Expectation is that you are staying there for Disney only so unlike the city hotels, there are no tours around Tokyo from this hotel. Overall, great choice for us - reasonable price, comfortable and convenient.

Our experience at the Hilton Tokyo Bay was great. The staff provided professional service and we could not fault a thing about the stay. Top marks here and would happily recommend to others.

Great, except the outdoor pool was a mess and indoor pool cost $30 a day to use. Otherwise, great experience.

“Nice hotel, little tired, very hard beds! Close to Disney”

Stayed 5 nights at the Hilton in October 2008 - Pluses - very convenient to Disney (couple of mins walk to the monorail), room very large, very friendly and helpfull staff, great views of Tokyo bay, nice Japanese style decor with sliding screens etc in the room Negatives - some parts of the hotel look a little tired although the hotel was renovating, the shower wasn't very powerful and the beds were rock hard Overall a good four star hotel in a convenient location for the best Disney reosrt on the planet would reccomend to others.
