“Excellent and Clean Hotel”

Excellent hotel; clean and well maintained rooms and common srea; courteous and helpful staff. Hotel's Narita Airport Shuttle is timely and dependable.

“If we needed hotel near Airport we would go there again”

The hotel was very quite and we had a good nights sleep before our flight next morning. We did not eat at the hotel as we used the shuttle bus and went to the shopping plaza and ate there. The room was very big in fact it was the largests that we had stayed in the whole three weeks we were in Japan. The shuttle bus was excellent. On time each time we used it. Also an advantage if you needed it was you could get a train to the area and the shuttle bus woul take you to the hotel. Sorry I cannot comment on the food as we did not eat there. The hotel was very clean.

“Good quality airport hotel”

Just stayed the one night here after 4 nights in Tokyo as it saves having to make the journey out to Narita in the morning. Free shuttle bus runs from the airport and takes about 15 minutes. Good quality hotel, rooms a decent size, clean & quiet. If you just need a bed for the night this place does the job. They also have a free shuttle bus to/from town (though we just missed it so took a taxi instead). Make sure you spare an hour or two to check out the temple if nothing else - it's huge !!

“Close to airport”

Very clean hotel close to the airport with great shuttle bus service from the airport. We had only one night in Narita and wanted to have look around- hotel staff sent us on a bit of a wild goose chase but overall good experience. Would stay there again. Next time would catch a shuttle to the mall - not down town Narita.

“A REAL TREAT”

The employees take great pains to ensure you feel welcome and valued; the greeter, upon arrival at the hotel, was friendly, telling us that our luggage would be unloaded and brought into the lobby for us. The bed was a double (size), adequate for one person; the pillows were very comfy. The entire room was immaculate, and I liked the amenities. I love their concept of tea time, especially since I wasn't feeling up to a big breakfast (served earlier). The view from the restaurant (Gardenia) of the outside koi pond and waterfalls was restful and beautiful--what a way to add to the enjoyment of my repast!! The free shuttle to the Aeon Mall was the closer--I thoroughly enjoyed shopping the stores and picking up some Japanese foodstuffs at Jusco supermarket.

I would stay here again, the staff was very friendly. The staff also spoke very english very well which was very helpful. The Garden Restaurant was also very good and served authentic Japanese dishes which were wonderful.

“Alwasy easy to get in and out and good service in mind”

Nothing to comment. This hotel has been my choice for several times when stopping in Narita and connecting for other places in the world. From the minute I get on the shuttle bus from Narita airport to the minute I return service is outsatnding and staff is very friendly. Rooms a great, clean and Internet is working withou failure. Great Japanese food restaurant on top of the building with a view. Breakfast....what a feast! Looking forward to my next stop commuting ot Narita.

In my opinion, one can not ask for more than what this veniw provides, unless you want to throw away money, the essentails for hotel accomodation are well looked after.

We arrived to Japan at night and decided to stay by the airport before heading out to Kyoto the next day and I'm glad we did. We were so tired from our trip that we needed to rest. The Narita Excel was perfect. Clean, comfortable, close to the airport and affordable.
