The 24hr gym is awesome! Their breakfast buffet is also a great perk of staying there as well.

“Best bang for your buck”

This hotel, with all the amenities is everything you can ask for for the price they are asking. The service is excellent and the staff will go above and beyond to accommodate you. The shuttle bus is invaluable and takes you everywhere from the Aeon Shopping Mall, to the Narita Station and the airport complimentary! I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you just need a place to crash while you wait to catch your flight.

“Typhoon Roke”

Arrived during a typhoon. Staff was extremely helpful is accommodating our needs for the overnight stay between flights and provided extra, prompt transportation back to the airport for those that could not get on the usual shuttle. Excellent breakfast included in rate. Lovely garden on grounds.

Narita Port Hotel had all the characteristics we seek in an airport hotel: accessibility by a complimentary airport shuttle, low price, , quiet, and cleanliness. It far exceeded our expectations by offering complimentary use of pajamas, hairbrushes, razors, and toothbrushes in addition to the standard shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Used this hotel as a one night layover until the rest of our party arrived. Found the room to be extra large for Japanese standards, it was clean and comfortable. The desk staff were very helpful. Will stay here again.

Fabulous breakfast in restaurant with beautiful garden views. Staff extremely welcoming. Regular and frequent free shuttle service to airport, train station and shopping centre.

“Wonderful hotel”

Very clean, very well kept. Hotel staff spoke English well and were very polite. If you want to walk somewhere near the hotel it's not terribly convenient as the hotel is situated on on a main highway interchange, but the hotel has a beautiful Japanese garden in the back. The breakfast is pricey, but very delicious and the hotel is beautiful inside.

“Great Value! Inexpensive but not "cheap" on amenities”

This hotel was a fantastic stop when I got into Narita. The room was clean, of a good size, and had a good view. The staff were extremely helpful even with my limited Japanese (limited, that is, to a bunch of hand waving, pointing and smiling). The exercise facilities were nice and looked out onto a Japanese garden. Multiple machines and treadmills of high quality were available. The restaurant was also extremely pleasant and the food was very good. The restaurant staff spoke English, which was helpful for me. When traveling here, exit the Narita airport, and queue for the shuttle buses (line 16 if I recall from Terminal 1 - This becomes very obvious on arrival). The shuttle is combined with other hotels and will have a placard on the side of the bus (along with maybe the Hilton etc). The shuttle from the hotel back to Narita runs every 30 minutes.
