“Excellent location before a long flight home”

Incredibly large bedroom with sofa, extremely large TV maybe 52". walk in wardrobe area, etc., a refreshing change from the sparse tiny accommodation we had with many of our other hotel rooms in Japan. Room was clean and comfortable.

“convenient airport hotel”

I needed a convenient hotel for an overnight in Tokyo transiting from CA to Jakarta. I chose this hotel over others in the area based on its location, spa/pool amenities and value but was disappointed that the pool & spa charged an extra fee which raised the total price significantly. So it was not the great value I expected although it was very nice to swim & soak in between 2 long flights. The restaurants on site seemed pricey and I read not so good. Since I did not need a big meal, an instant noodle bowl from the gift shop prepared in my room with hot water sufficed for under $3. For an airport hotel, very convenient & quiet but I would probably try a different one next time for better value or if I planned to spend more time in Tokyo.

“Great for stopover/transfer”

Very close to the Narita Int'l Airport, no airport noise inside though. Hotel staff were so kind and nice. Anyone can't be more than them. (Including their shuttle drivers) Room was not too big but clean enough. No WiFi but you can rent a LAN wire for free at the lobby. I saw some SO-SO reviews about their restaurants so decided to get some food from convenience store. It took about 10-15min to get there by walk. 10 min walk was fine but few people walking on that road. Could be scary for me as a lady walking on the street alone around sunset. (They have a complimentary shuttle service to two convenience stores at night)

“Convenient hotel, great staff”

I was laying over in Tokyo and needed a hotel close to the airport. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was very easy to transition from airport to hotel and back. The only place I saw room for improvement was to perhaps add a mattress pad to the bed.

“A good overnight stay”

The room was spacious and clean. The check-in staff efficient. Food in the restaurant was perfectly acceptable but the waiting staff weren't exactly on the ball. Would definitely stay again especially as there was an efficient shuttle service to the airport close-by.

“Suitable for short stay”

Room was very clean and service of hotel staff was excellent. Room size was okay in the context of Japanese standard. We lived in Japan for 5 years and planned to go home country after visiting USA. However, we had some stuff to be taken home but we didn't, need to take them to USA. The room booking was done before traveling to USA, then we contacted the hotel whether we can leave our stuff in hotel's storage for 8 days. They agreed to keep them at the hotel free of charge. Otherwise we could have paid 9000 uen at the airport' s storage.

“no free WiFi, otherwise I would go back”

Average low spec hotel with a lot of positives, for instance Fridge and no mini bar-they always irritate me, there being better places to drink alcohol. Stayed nearby on JAL tab on way to Europe it was a better hotel, this subject hotel was on way back. NO FREE WiFi! I won't go back. Seven Hotels in Croatia all had free WiFi most in the room, as did flat we hired in London, not London airport and airport hotel in Frankfurt. This is a service that can no longer be charged to travelers who use your hotel. Hotels used to rip off guests with telephones once now the telephone in the room is as useless as a minibar, just extra cost to hotelier. Get with it on WiFi or lose customers.

“Good for a quick stop-over”

Not as spiffy as many airport hotels, but the location is good, the shuttle is convenient, the breakfast buffet is good and very reasonably priced. Overall, good value for money.

“Functional overnight hotel near Narita Airport.”

Used the hotel for one night before returning to UK by morning flight. Did not use the catering facilities at all, rather ate at the airport before arrival and again bought breakfast at airport the following day. Accommodation was adequate, certainly the largest room we had stayed in in Japan. It was reasonably clean and had all facilities but a little bit "tired" and in need of refurbishment. Hotel situated very conveniently for airport and shuttle bus easy to use. Very adequate for one night at the airport.

“Oh Well...”

1. Very expensive restaurant. I'd suggest take their free shuttle bus to the airport mall and have lunch or dinner there. If you check it late, you'd better take your own food. 2. What really amazed me is that they charge 1500 yen for the access of work-out room or a very small swimming pool.
