We took a group of 14 people (adults and children) to this hotel. The easy access to the Disney Parks was definitely a plus. Our rooms were always clean. All areas of the hotel: exercise room, onsen, children's play area, and lobby were always clean. We got an extremely great room rate and it was worth a few minutes extra on the monorail to save money for the parks.In addition, you don't have to tip the maids or bell hops. The limousine bus system is a great value traveling to the airports. It was punctual and clean. The only drawback was that the staff had limited English speaking skills. But then, you're in a foreign country, isn't that part of the adventure?

“Best choice around Tokyo Disney Resort”

The location of the hotel is good, just take free shuttle from hotel then take metro to disney resort, it only takes 15~20 min in total. The promotion from hotel is also attractive, as long as you are a foreigner, you can use indoor pool for free.

“Better than Expected”

The Sheraton Grand Tokyo Bay exceeded my expectations. I got a great internet deal on the rooms and they were fabulous, clean and roomy. We had a great view of the bay as well. I had booked the cheapest rooms but we were pleasantly upgraded to these deluxe rooms. The only drawbacks were that food was very expensive at the hotel (we waited and ate at the parks) and that check in and out took a little long. I usually avoid large chain hotels but this visit changed that opinion!

Guest Service was Excellent! Most of the staff spoke english and if they didn't they were quick to find someone who did. Food is expensive but it's like that everywhere. This hotel made our vacation to Tokyo Disney most rewarding. They took care of our luggage so we could enjoy the park, we purchased disney tickets in the hotel lobby, and they got us a park side view so we could watch the fireworks from our room. “Tokyo Disneyland and Sea”

Stayed here for Disneyland/Sea. If we return to Tokyo, the price for the room and the short local train ride to Maihama (and free bus ride) to the resort hotels are well worth it. Rooms are comparable to the U.S. resort hotels in size. Forget those teeny tiny hotels in the city. Other than Disney, we visited Tsukiji, Yebisu Town, Harajuku, Akihabara, and Odaiba. All in close proximity (local train ride).

“No 'Mickey Mouse' Hotel”

Very classy accommodations adjoining Disney Tokyo. Complimentary shuttle bus to the Disney monorail but you'll still pay for the monorail. Very good value for the money, especially compared to Disney's own hotels. Unless you're feeling flush, you'll want to eat elsewhere. The cafe is fairly reasonable, though. Comfortable rooms, and immaculate public spaces. If you visit in January, as we did, make sure you bundle up. The days are sunny but once the sun goes down and the wind picks up, you'll be shivering if you forget the hat and gloves.

“Excellent place to stay, especially for family”

The Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel is an excellent place to stay, especially for families. They have family-themed rooms large enough to easily accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, rare in Tokyo. The hotel has its own cartoon character Penton which the children loved and is a theme for many children activities. It even has coin-operated laundry facilities. It is located at Tokyo Disneyland, another treat. Every day feels like a holiday, even if you are mixing business with pleasure! Rooms are very clean, and the hotel, even as it is in Chiba, is very convenient (1 train line, a few stops) to Tokyo Station. Service is excellent. There is also a convenient place where a family can simply buy pastries and coffee and relax after a long day. This area is also a good place to meet family and friends. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip with the family!

We loved the friendliness and the level of service received from staff as well as the cleanliness and the comfort of the room and the building. It was extremely relaxing and pleasing. We wished we stayed there longer. Excellent Hotel and convenience for Disney Resort and Maihama Station Shopping Complex. We can't wait to go back.
