“Surprised and Pleased”

The hotel was easy to get to right off the highway and the service was very helpful. Even though this hotel had received some unfavorable reviews I was surprised at the rate and overall quality I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a good nights sleep. But you may want to consider I'm not hard to please. I could stay here again

“not too bad, stayed at worse”

looks like they are trying to remodel it- it wasnt that bad, i have stayed in worse places.. i would like to see it in about a year or two when the renovations are done. the maids need to clean better- there were cob webs on the ceiling and what we think may have been a pubic hair in the drawer next to bed- also, would be nice to have a book to show you what is around you..

“You get what you pay for.”

This was an OK place to spend a night (or two) if you don't need to be there all day. Clean enough. Bed was very firm as was the easy chair. Continental breakfast was rather limited. I'd stay for the price. 2 stars is about right.

“Just a place to lay your head”

The driveway into the hotel has major potholes. Even though I had paid for my room in advance I could not check in before 3pm. Some hotels you can check in early this one you cannot. After I checked in I went straight to my room. 2 pictures or something had been removed from the wall, no telephone in the room, no clock radio or anything that would tell you the time. There was no guide for channels available in room nor were there any dresser draws to put clothes in. A small fridge and safe were available. The ice machine was not working on the second floor and no sign to tell you that or any direction. The staff was very nice. When I left to check out, the lady at the counter was eating or something and just had me leave my room keys on the counter. It was not busy at the counter it was about 7:45am. The fitted sheet on the king size bed was not big enough to cover the bed. It kept popping off and was a bit annoying. I looked at the hotels website to see what ammenities they had like a pool. It did not state on their website that they had a pool but when I arrived there was a sign for where the pool was. On the website it states that check out time is 12pm but when you arrive check out time is 11am. The hotel is what I expected for a bargin hotel but a phone and a clock is usually the norm in any hotel room no matter if it is a big chain or not. They need an overhaul on their driveway and to make sure that every room has a phone, clock, and a tv/channel guide.

“Good enough for a short stay.”

Online checkout said 12 (noon) after arriving it was changed to 11pm. The staff was hardly at the first desk. The bathroom shower keep dripping water the entire time. There was cob webs in the window and not to mention there was a funny smell in the room. It was not so bad that I wouldn't stay there again for the price but they could take a little more time to put into the rooms if you ask me.

“Enjoyed my overnight stay!”

The rooms were pleasant; the beds were very comfortable; shower was clean. There was a TV and a small refrigerator in the room. Staff were very helpful when I had questions. The price of the room was very good. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

“Nothing too special...”

hotel cleanliness was less than... it's okay for a just a temporary stay, but nothing to really suggest to others. all in all, you get what you pay for.

“Okay place”

Bad customer service. Receptionist was always taking personal calls. When we checked out she was in the lobby playing with a young child.
