Went out for the weekend LeMons race and got two rooms. This seemed to be the closest, highest rated hotel with the least number of "scary" or horrible reviews. Breakfast options are pretty good, waffles and scrambled eggs and variety from day to day (one day french toast sticks, next sausage, sausage gravy & biscuits) bagels, danishes, white and chocolate milk, OJ, Coffee, everything you'd expect, really. Rooms were clean, comfortable, etc.
Not a huge deal, but the hotel was built to some green standard, and you will not be able to get decent water pressure out of the low-flow shower heads. There are a couple options, but neither seemed all that great. Temperature was fine, and we do need to conserve our fresh water supplies or we won't have anything to drink!

Everything better than expected. Friendly and courteous staff was a big plus. Nice size suites.
I only stayed M-F, not the weekend, so I can't comment on the 'full' service. I did receive new towels everyday and greeted with a smile on days I happened to be working in the room when they needed to 'freshen up' the place.
I never made it to breakfast or the manager's reception, so I can't comment on that either. Next time.
