Overall, a good place for a family to stay while in the Chicago area. Convenient location to drive into the city, anything you need just a short drive away, and a comfortable room to come back to.

We were in Aurora for a family funeral, so we didn't spend too much time at the hotel. It was completely acceptable. My 5 year old was a little disappointed in the pool, since it was "just" a pool. My only problem wasn't exactly with the hotel, but I Googled directions, and it took us through a kind of scary drive. I found an easier way to get there. Not coming off of I-88, it was not easy to get to the hotel.

Nice clean room, quite while we were there. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Would stay here again if/when the need arrises.

If you appreciate friendly staff, this is the hotel for you! We've enjoyed two stays here in the last couple of months, one on Thanksgiving night, and the other on New Years Eve. Our needs were met--clean, comfortable beds; friendly, professional staff; and a lovely continental breakfast with fresh waffles, eggs, fresh fruit, sausage and more! Over the course of two stays, we didn't meet one rude or even indifferent employee, from the desk personnel to the maids to the cooks. It's not new, and it's a little hard to find the driveway, but we really like it there and will stay again next time we have the need! Thanks guys!

“Difficult to find”

Somewhat difficult to find. Difficult to locate from the road, plus the sign on the building was unlit.

“Customer service lacking”

Hotel staff did not follow up on problems reported with my reservation. Made promises to move my room every day but never did. The room itself was in decent condition, but I was not at all impressed with the staff. I probably wouldn't stay there again.
