Convenient for an unexpected overnight layover in Chicago, but very basic and outdated. Super helpful front desk who even supplied a toothbrush and toothpaste since my luggage was still in transit. The shuttle service late at night took FOREVER, had to call 3x and then got some lame excuse about having a "large party" that felt like a lie (and an unnecessary one); meanwhile, every other hotel had 2 shuttle services go by in the same amount of time.

The property itself was great for our short one night stay and its closeness to the airport. What wasn’t clear was how to get to the hotel from the airport and when you arrive late from the other side of the world it’s a little hard to navigate. I think having transport options crystal clear when booking would have been very helpful.

It wasnt to bad, wish they had queen bed options for two beds in a room only full size beds. But other than that it wasn’t bad. We stayed the night before we flew out the next morning. It was really nice they had a shuttle to the airport and back and it was very reasonable to park your car there for the whole week. Super nice and convenient

They gave away our room much earlier in the day and it took quite a a bit of time for them to get us a room. We had a very long day and it was past midnight and this made us a bit grumpier.

The Hotel is outdated and the elevator was some what sketchy. The staff was friendly. But overall it wasn’t too bad for the price. It was good enough for a 1 night stay very close to the airport.

Even though the web says they have safety boxes, there were none. People at Front Desk didn't even know the meaning of it regardless I showed them the misleading advertising in their web. One elevator wasn't working as well as the printer at the "so called" business center. We stayed 6 nights and they didn't want to do a daily housekeeping until I ask for it. I chose BW because I've stayed at others. However this one was terrible.should I come back to Chicago, I'll choose another hotel.

Only disappointed as when I called they said breakfast started at 5:30 and that is what their website states as well. We had to leave to the airport at 5:30 and breakfast in fact wasn’t until 6. I booked this hotel for the breakfast only and wasn’t able to get any.

Checking in took way too long. There were 2 employees but only 1 was working behind the desk for the first 20 minutes we waited in line behind 1 other person, and 2 other parties at each of the 2 registration locations at the front desk. Upon our return to Chicago, we waited over an hour for the free shuttle. In that time we called the hotel a dozen times in which they only picked up 3 of those calls. Each time we confirmed exactly where we should be. We eventually got an Uber.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Christina! She was the desk representative who checked me in. She was calm and patient with the long line of people who were honestly frustrating me however, she remained professional while providing recommendations on food, parking, etc. She was fantastic, and she made my stay great!
