Pros: Close to the airport
Cons: Althought the rooms are clean, the public area such as lobby and hallways are in great need of a freeshup.
Location: There are a few fast food and family restaurants close by.
Close to the airport and good shuttle service. Breakfast was OK. Wi-Fi worked fine. Good for a one night stay I would not recommend this hotel for longer stays.

As a 2.5 star hotel - it exceeded my expectations. The front desk was prompt, courteous and helpful. Our purpose was to use it as a lay over hotel for flights and it was great for this purpose. Only problem was that the area did not have a good restaurant to eat after we arrived late at night (10 pm) - only fast food.

We stayed here bc we were stranded in Chicago due to a flight cancelation. I looked this hotel up and booked online. There was no shuttle despite being told there was. I waited on the phone and then at the airport for a cab service that the hotel clerk said was another option to getting from the airport to hotel. The cab company couldn't find a cab; I called back to the hotel and was told to call my own cab and they would pay me back. They did pay me the money, but the aggravation wasn't worth the hassle.

I had originally heard a number if things about this hotel before booking it. I took a chance anyway because if their price and location, I was not disappointed! It was an amazing stay. For being in a hotel for a week, I very much enjoyed it. The staff was professional, the room was clean, bed was comfy and there was always coffee. I recommend this to anyone passing through.

Pros: No surprises. Everything was as expected.
Internet was fast, continental breakfast was good. Clean rooms and quite/comfortable stay. I stayed during the snow storm and they did a great job with removing snow, as well.

Booked a room with two beds. When we arrived, we were informed that our room only had one bed because the number of beds was not guaranteed. So, four of us crammed into one bed. Also, the fringe desk attendant was rude and not helpful.

Perfect hotel for a short stay. Close to O'Hare (just Mannheim Road up north). Free shuttle and free parking up to 14 days. Very friendly staff.
