The Hotel was 30 minutes away from our destination

Posted Jul 20, 2014
Pros: The location. The rates we were quoted.
Cons: There wasn't a hot tub.
The staff were friendly and fast checking us in. The room was nice and big the extra space with the couch was a nice place to relax. The manager on Friday was able to book us for another night and give us a good rate on the rooms. Only 2 of us had to move to another room, but that made the stay smoother. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs.

Hotel was within walking distance to Six Flags

Posted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: Proximity to Six Flags park.
Cons: Overall, the continental breakfast was good, but ended too early. Hate to wake up early when on vacation!
Hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. Room was clean.

Great Experience

Posted Jul 17, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms.
Location: Six Flags Great America is directly across the street.
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I was not familiar with the area, so I asked the staff about local places to eat and things to do. They answered all of my questions and gave me suggested great local restaurants. The rooms are large and clean. The beds are clean and comfortable. My wife and I are planning another trip to the Chicago area and would definitely consider staying here again.

Decent hotel next to Sixflag

Posted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: I liked that there were ample parking and very close to Sixflag.
Location: Very close to Sixflag and I mean close. It is literally outside the gates of Sixflag. Close to a lot of restaurants and highway.
For the price that I paid, it was well worth it. Paid under $100 and got a decent night sleep and an okay breakfast to eat. Although breakfast should be till 10am instead of 9am. As we sat there for breakfast, staff started to take away all the food even though we were clearly not done. Everything else was okay for the price paid.

Pros: The cost and what I paid for were almost completely in line with what they should have been.
Cons: The elevator needs some improvement. It was a couple of weeks behind on being checked for repairs.
Location: The only thing I did near by that would be relevant for others is the Bristol Ren Faire.
Didn't have the room I reserved so they upgraded me free of charge. Glad they made the necessary motions to keep me happy.

Pros: Nice staff, good breakfast and price for quick stay.
Cons: Rooms were a little noisy. Plumbing (?) or floors (?) above made creaking noises. My sink did not drain upon check in...had to request maintenance.
Location: Great hotel by Six Flags.
Good price for a quick stay. Staff was nice and had rooms ready. Breakfast had good choices. Pool was small but ok for a quick swim. Rooms were a bit noisy...could hear the floor above us walking around.

Excellent location & reasonably priced - directly across the street from Six Flags Great America. No need to pay for parking at the theme park. Friendly staff. Light breakfast options - they do serve a select variety of hot items (sausage, scrambled eggs).
