“Great room”

The only problem that I saw at the hotel was that the pool was cloudy and not crystal clear. It was a nice, friendly, comfortable hotel and so close to Midway airport.

“Best Western met my expectations”

Clean, comfortable and fairly cheap. Ride a bus and a train to get into town; takes about 45 minutes. A bit inconvenient but it sure beats paying for a down town hotel! Breakfast standard. Great steak restaurant next door to hotel (Mattsons).

“Pretty good value for money”

No shuttle from MDW and very rude/ unwilling taxi driver begrudgingly took us there costing $18 - he didn't want a low value far and couldn't be bothered getting out of his chair to help load/unload our bags. Hotel only had one very slow elevator. Room clean enough but A/C very noisy even on low - and yes we needed it with heatwave. Bed comfortable. Entrance had lots of rubbish lying about.. However, good value for money and I would stay again.

“A Nice Hotel and a Good Value”

The hotel is clean and modern; the front desk clerks were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our weekend at this hotel while visiting our daughter in Chicago.

“It worked for us!”

We wanted a hotel close to the airport since we had an early flight home. It was close enough to the airport, easy to find, clean, nice people at the front desk, and the price was ok. And- it was easy to get to the airport in the morning.

“Location, location”

The hotel is convenient for business in and around the immediate area of Burbank and southern Chicago suburbs and when flying in and out of Midway Airport. The location however is not convenient for business in downtown Chicago or to north and northwest Chicago suburbs.

“Decent hotel with a great price”

Best price in area and wasn't terrible by no means! Better than a motel 6 but not a ritz carlton either. :) Good price and good area for what we were looking for.

The hotel was convenient and clean and the kids enjoyed the pool However, the continental breakfast wasn't very impressive. There was very little fresh fruit - gone both mornings before 7am and very few donuts. We asked the front desk to restock, which they did, but those additional donuts were also gone in about 5 minutes. The cereal was also stale. The breakfast could use some inprovement.

I went to Chicago and flew in to Midway Airport. The hotel is 3 miles away from the airport which was great! And the location is awesome, it is around many many restaurants and the mall and other stores in the vacinity as well! My next trip to Chicago I wll use this hotel AGAI N!!!!
