Nice hotel. Kind of hard to find at first

I would stay there again. Everyone was nice, it was really clean. Well nice hotel.

Nice hotel! It was close to Tinley Park

Pros: Breakfast was above average! Nice pool.
Cons: Rooms could be updated. Room very crowded with roll away bed.
Location: Don't know the area but was close to Tinley Park amphitheater where we attended a concert.
Was easy to find. Hotel was booked but was very quiet!

Best Western Plus Chicago Southland

Pros: Quiet location.
Location: Close to Tinley Park. We had a nice meal at Isabella's.
A bit hard to find initially but was very quiet and convenient location in the end. Liked the abundance of outlets for charging. Room was clean and pleasant.

Excellent place to stay

Location: A minute away from Wallmart and restaurants
Very clean rooms and nice amenities and very good continental breakfast

Good hotel, odd location!

We stayed here as an alternative to staying in the city. Not a bad 25-mile trip from downtown. Hotel was nice, affordable, staff very friendly. Had a random fire alarm in the middle of the afternoon, which was annoying, but it sounded like some kid pulled it. Certainly not the staff's fault. Also located next door to a factory of some sort which spoke over a loud speaker multiple times a day and was very audible in the rooms. (This includes pretty early on Saturday morning)! All in all a nice place to stay. Good alternative to a place outside of Tinley Park for concerts or the city.

Noisy Stay

Pros: It was clean.
We were disappointed with our experience with this hotel. I was asked by the clerk if I would like a quite area for our stay (3 days). The room was nice and clean but ended up with extremely noisy neighbors on both sides of room. The pool area was overloaded with chemicals. Burned your eyes when you walked in the room. It was a shame because you couldn't enjoy the pool or the exercise room.

We try our best to accommodate our guests needs and have quiet hours from 10pm-7am. If you ever encounter noise during another visit please let our staff know so we can work at quieting the rooms next to you down or move you to a quieter rooms. I also would like to apology that you feel our pool was over loaded with chemical. Our chemicals and water temp. do get checked daily by a certified hotel operator. We hope you give us another chance to serve you.

My first visit at a Best Western

Rooms/hotel were very clean but they had a large family reunion and other guest during our visit and the breakfast time wasn't pleaseing. We got in line, yes a line about 9:30 am, they had only 1 waffle machine and was still in line at 10:00 am when breakfast hours are over. They turned off the lights, start taking things off the breakfast bar and was very rude when we approached them. They only had towels that they place in rooms daily NEVER any extra, we had 3 people in room they only placed towels for 2. I wasn't pleased.

I will be speaking to my breakfast attendant regarding the issues you encountered during breakfast. We do only have one waffle machine because we try to offer a variety of other food items. I also would like to apologize that we did not have extra towels available when you needed them. Are rooms do have 3 or 4 sets of towels depending on room type. Once again I apologize and hope you give us another chance and I can promise you a better experience.

Pros: Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and courteous. Complimentary breakfast was very good.
Location: It was a business trip. I didn't have any free time to explore the area.
This was a business trip. The hotel was conveniently located to where I had to go the next day. It was easily accessible to the main highways.
