Convenient locationPosted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: Ease of use, check in and check out, and convenience
Cons: I tried to get the attention of a hotel maid so we could update her on something, and she ignored me while she was on her cell phone. Disrespectful
Near I-294 and Milwaukee Ave. Important arterial access roads in the Chicagoland area. Breakfast was pretty good, with some hot items. The rooms a bit smaller than most hotels, but acceptable. Hotel has been been kept pretty up to date and hotel staff was working to maintain it properly

Nice hotel!!Posted Sep 29, 2014
Cons: Only thing I can think of (and it isn't THAT important) is to replace the box of tissues if it is almost empty. (There was only one tissue left)
The hotel I was in was very comfortable and clean. The gentleman at the lobby desk was very nice and very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

clean hotelPosted Aug 11, 2014
hotel was clean and nice, all furniture are new. we did like staying on this hotel but if you have kids the size of the room might be smaller. They also served good breakfast, they have new furniture too in the dining area. so far very clean hotel. I will stay on this hotel again when we go back to Skokie, Chicago.

CleaninessPosted Jul 24, 2014
After second nite, I turned on the air conditioner & fan. Next morning, I found flying ants in my room! Front desk moved me to a new room -no ants. No explanation was given !

Very good stayPosted Jul 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
IT was a very good stay overall. Clean rooms, great breakfast. The rooms seem to be small though. But it didn't affect us so much. We spent most of the time outside the hotel. The most disappointment for us was the location. We expected it to be a bit closer to Chicago. But I have to accept it's probably my fault. Next time I should be more accurate with distances.

Business StayPosted Jul 17, 2014
Pros: Clean Nicely decorated Comfortable Big TV
Cons: Stock the pantry Live up to your advertised signs in the room
I stayed here for one night on business. The hotel was nicely decorated and was clean. It was a pleasant experience. The only downsides were: 1. Non stocked pantry for items to purchase. 2. Sign said if you forget any toiletries come to the front for one. I happen to forget a tooth brush and tooth paste. They were out of both. Besides these slight draw backs.....it was a very pleasant place to stay. I would stay again.

The hotel itself appeared to be recently renovated but we stayed on the first floor and there was a lot of noise made by hotel staff. I would stay again but would request to be stay on the second floor or further away from the front desk.

The hotel was very nice. Beds were full size, not queen sized which made for a tight squeeze. Very good breakfast bar. Employees were excellent.
