Extremely loud heat blower

Pros: The free shuttle to O'hare. Excellent staff. I left too early for the breakfast.
Cons: Fix the heating system! It's extremely loud!
Location: There is nothing nearby except O'Hare airport.
I crashed at this hotel because of a 6a.m. rescheduled flight out of O'hare. Very clean, even thought I got put on a nasty smoking floor. The staff was excellent. The heat vent/blower went off every 3-4 minutes blasting air extremely loudly. I couldn't even turn if completely off. It kept me up all night. I would have been better off sleeping on the floor at O'Hare.

I stayed at the Rodeway Inn and Suites for a trade show at the Donald Stephens convention center. The hotel was fairly close to the convention center, the room was clean and the room furniture and fixtures were nice and up-to-date. Front desk personnel was friendly. The was free Wi-Fi and a free breakfast. Price was very good for the Chicago area. Good place to stay.

The price was right and the room was good for the price. The lady at the front desk working the night shift had absolutely no idea what was going on but the lady working the day shift made up for that. Would stay again. I am a girl in my twenties and I was staying with friends.

Front desk was adamant we had no reservation & when it was located over a half hour later we got sent to a smoking room (we had booked a non smoking room).When we approached the front desk to switch rooms for the second night, the clerk insisted we should have brought up the issue immediately instead of settling in for the first night. After a prolonged exchange we managed to convince the clerk to switch us out later in the evening when we returned. When we got back to the hotel we were tired and didn't feel like going through the hassle of switching rooms so we asked that, to make up for all the inconvenience, we please get an extra late checkout. The clerk acquiesced, and then we got a phone call the next day telling us we should be checked out by now and there was no note on the room for a late checkout. Rude, inconsiderate staff, our blankets had cigarette burns, in addition to being paper-thin (and no extra blanket in the closet), messed up booking, refusal to accept any responsibility, lack of empathy, arrogance, indifference, and an overall complete void of hospitality. Would not ever stay here again, even for free.

Quiet, comfortable, pick up and delivery between hotel and O'Hare Airport around 20 minutes. Plenty of free parking if needed. Drink and snack machines a bit high priced. People working at the motel were quite helpful.

We stayed for 3 nights while visiting our daughter who is attending college in Chicago. Nice room, good price. Toilet clogged the third night. Maintenance took their time coming up to the room and left to look for a plunger. After we called the front desk AGAIN, said they didn't have a plunger. After leaving us hanging until 10:30pm ( had to get up at 0430 the next morning), said we could stay there and not flush, or they could move us to another room.

The room was clean, quiet, beds were comfortable, breakfast had a broad selection. Staff was very pleasant. The price was very reasonable.
