Wedding stay

Pros: Clean and convenient
Very nice, all I expected. It was very nice to have breakfast provided later than normally found, and the lady cooking omlets was very nice!

Very disappointed!!

Pros: Breakfast was great
Cons: Advertising and smoke smell
The guy that checked me in was great. Room smelled like smoke, elevator carpet was dirty. Thought that I would have a room with jacuzzi as advertised. Room did not look like pictures.

We strongly recommend guests to read through the room description as we do not offer jaccuzi room type for any King Garden level rooms, nor we advertise them that we have them for King Garden level. We apologize for the misunderstandings as we would always provide detail explanation during your stay if you have any questions. We have just recently installed our elevator and we will be changing the elevator carpet soon due to the color of the carpet easily looks dirty. Pros: comfortable bed, lots of pillows, free delicious breakfast, hot tub in room, clean
Cons: hand rails needed on both sides of the steps going into dining area/lounge area
Location: We just stayed one night for a specific family function so didn't need to do anything else.
Handicap room was great. Caregiver enjoyed the hot tub Many amenities. Free breakfast - omelet, biscuits and gravy plus. Staff was so helpful.

Nice close to my work and many restaurants.

Pros: Just what I said above.
Cons: The shower - the water pressure was poor.
The room was quiet, even the air conditioner was quiet. Nice tv, internet worked great. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing - even had made to order omelets. Will definitely be staying here again.

This Best Western is only 20minutes from O'Hare

This room only cost me $70.00 , had a king size bed with fridge and microwave, and WIFI. Everything was super. Highly recommend.

Worst Stay in my life-Left without refund

Pros: Absolutely nothing
Cons: New owners and management. Current management is terrible and doesn't care about their customers. Making sure appliances in room work
Location: Location is okay, close to Chicago
I've stayed in hundreds of hotels, but have never encountered such terrible customer service. I've never refused to stay in a hotel before, but this one I refused to stay in. I've never stayed in a Best Western before, we decided to stay here during a weekend trip to Chicago, BAD CHOICE. The lobby was filthy and had muddy footprints all over and wet floor signs, why they put the signs up instead of cleaning it I don't know. They couldn't find our reservation. Upstairs, we walked into our room and it was ridiculously hot in there. The air was on, but wasn't working and would blow cold air for a few seconds, then warm. We thought maybe the settings were wrong, we double checked it, moved the setting around, switched it to just fan, trying to do anything to cool the room down. It had to be at least 85 in the room. We opened the window, and continued trying to get the air conditioner working for another 15-20 minutes, but nothing worked. We then tried to call down to the front desk to see if the maintenance person was available, but the phone didn't work. My husband went downstairs to talk to her, and she was extremely rude to him. Apparently no one could look at it to try to fix it, and the hotel was sold out, so there was nothing she could do. My husband told her it was too hot to stay in and she said she was sure it would get cold. She said the only thing she could do was give us a refund. After he came back, we waited a few more minutes to see if the air or fan would work

Pros: The Jacuzzi and the quietness.
Cons: Blanket is nasty and need replacement or washing.
Had to book my hotel last minutes and my suite came with a Jacuzzi and I couldn't be happier. Enjoy my time, wish I could have stay longer, my memorial weekend vacation.
