“Great Stay at a Great Location”

We were traveling with our two children, so the hotel upgraded our room to a suite. Plenty of room and a refrigerator. The kids loved the pool. And the parking was FREE! We'll be back.

“Great location! Great price!”

My family spent two nights at this hotel for a quick spring break getaway. Hotel was great for the price and the location could not be beat! And to top it off, the parking is free.

“Excellent location, Great price!”

The staff were excellent at making us feel welcome. My mother and daughter were with me and my mom needed the use of her walker. All check-in service was great, all maintenance staff and garage attendants were positive and friendly to us when we saw them throughout our stay. The pool was clean and well-maintained. It was the hottest day on record when we went in July and everyone still managed to be courteous. Though there are several eating establishments around, McD's, Rainforest Cafe', HardRock Cafe' and many others across the street, we ate a couple of times at their restaurant. Excellent quality, flavor and price. Can't beat free parking because you don't even need to use your car with the trolley around the corner and taxi's so cheap. I will come back here to see family again and visit some of the other attractions. The Shedd's Aquarium is fascinating.

“Squeaky Clean”

My family of four was very happy at this clean and conveniently-located hotel. We walked to ESPN Sports Zone, to Geno's Pizza, to a free shuttle to Navy Pier, and to the metro. This is an older hotel, but the free parking, friendly staff, and clean room made it a great choice for us.

“Great Hotel in Downtown Chicago”

Check in was easy. Free parking which is great for downtown chicago. Near goog restaurants. Few blocks from magnificent mile. Other attractions like the Navy Pier and Shedd's Aquarium are to far to walk. Take the trolley or train. Or you can drive and pay for parking.

“Good value for the money.”

Room was small but updated, comfortable & very clean. Hotel in great, convenient location surrounded by restaurants & within walking distance (approx 1 mile) to Water Tower Place. Friendly & helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

“Great for Budget!”

My husband and I stayed at the Best Western River North over Thanksgiving weekend. We were very impressed. Parking was free, which was a huge advantage, and the location was great. We were able to walk everywhere, so after we parked our car upon arrival we didn't even use it again until the day we left. There are numerous restaurants and bars within a few blocks walk (Weber Grill, ESPN zone restaurant, Hard Rock Cafe, Rainforest Cafe, etc.). There is also a movie theater a few blocks away, and lots of shopping. The hotel was not fancy, but it was clean and perfectly sufficient. We will definitely stay here again.

“Great Chicago hotel”

This hotel was fantastic! Great 40's kind of vibe, and it's right in the middle of everything - Hardrock cafe etc, is 2 blocks away! It's worth staying here just for Wallace (valet and front desk) the friendliest, most helpful guy you'll ever meet. Wallace was a delight and helped us book a tour and figure out what to do with our limited time in Chicago. Best of all - free parking, rare in city hotels!

“Best Buy in Chicago”

I lived in the city for ten years and so I am well aware there are many sub-standard hotels. I took a chance this time because I was on a tighter budget...and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. It is centrally located for walking anywhere on Michigan Avenue, the financial district or River North areas.

“Great Location! Great Value! Will stay again 4 sure!!”

Hotel is great safe downtown location and the price is very affordable! Close walking distance to shopping (Michigan Ave, Rush St). We took cab to Shedd's Aquarium and Willis Tower and each one way ride was less then seven dollars. The hotel structure itself is dated but the fixtures, bedding and furniture are all modern. Rooms are small but the location and free parking is an added bonus! Hard Rock Cafe and Rainforest Cafe right across the block. Sports Authority and Rock Bottom Brewery within a few walking blocks. Plus my son enjoyed the largest McDonalds right across the street that had 2 floors! Pool was excellent condition that had adjacent terrace that overlooked the downtown views. Hotel staff was friendly. Free coffee, breakfast bars and cookies. Used computer in foyer for quick access to internet. The money we saved on the hotel and parking fees we were able to use towards other entertainment on our vacation. We will stay here again for sure!
