“Clean, good value”

We stayed on a July day, with outdoor temps over 95. The room air conditioner kept the room very comfortable. Although all of the vending machines were sold out of bottled water, the front desk staff gave us free bottled water from the resturant attached. The room was very clean and quiet. The pizza resturant attached had a bar and seating area to eat dinner. The pizza was very good, and reasonably priced.

“Good Downtown Chicago Hotel”

Pros: great location, good service, very clean, many included extras (parking, wifi, safe, breakfast), good restaurant and bar. Cons: Small room, weird bath tub, creeky unlevel floors. If you're not going to be spending a lot of time in your hotel during your stay as I didn't, this is a good hotel when compared to others in the vicinity. I would not recommend this hotel families for the above reasons.

“Pleasantly surprised”

I was quite pleased with this hotel. It was close to the attractions that my family wanted to see. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. The pool area was clean and we spent quite a bit of time there in the evening. I most certainly will be back.

This was my first time booking online, and when I went to check in I was surprised at how quickly we were checked in, especially since we arrove early. We also got a room with both preferences I requested.

We stayed here with our kids. They had a great time in the pool. We liked it because it was walking distance to so many attractions. The free parking was a huge perk!

Staff was courteous, room was clean, parking was free, walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping, I had to book last-minute so I didn't have a lot of hotel options to choose from, and after my experience, I would definitely stay here again.

“Great Stay”

We stayed in Gurnee the night before going to Chicago and it was a horrible hotel called The Adventure Inn (dirty, loud, etc..etc..) It was a relief when we walked into the Best Western. It was very clean, they had free parking, and everything in the room worked. The beds are extremely comfortable and the location is perfect. Your close to everything. The front desk girls are kind of rude, but I didn't have to talk with them very often. So I would highly recommend this hotel. Did I mention FREE PARKING!!!
