Needs to b updated
Room felt dirty
Toilet didnt work
Shower handke needs to b replaced
Shades on lamps has holes in them
Tv had no remote and i had to unplug and replug for it to wotm

Front desk people are starting to recognize me. My goto hotel when I’m in the Chicagoland area. Best value in the area.

Filthy. Bathrooms unwashed. Room was tidy, but not clean at all. Found other peoples small belongings. Pubic hair and dried urine surrounding toilet seat. Room was less clean than a public restroom. Extremely uncomfortable. I’m not a particularly clean person, but my room was disgusting. Could not leave fast enough.
