“Nice and convenient”

The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable. The bed sheets were awesome. The staff helpful. They allowed me to check out late no charge.

“Nothing great near O'Hare”

The area surrounding O'Hare airport is not very nice. Most hotels are outdated, I would go further away next time.

“Will definitely stay again.”

I was really pleased with this hotel. This is an extended stay hotel that caters to business travelers needs. I say that to say people could be disappointed if they are expecting a ritzy hotel with a pool and daily maid service. Housekeeping is once a week and if you need any linens or whatever switched out you just go down to the desk. I loved this hotel. I was so happy with the full kitchen that was fully stocked with cookware,dishes, utensils, and so forth. There is a DVD and CD library available at the desk, and a really reasonably stocked little store, as well. The sodas were only $.50, to give you an idea. The guest service was great.The room was comfy and I was really happy with my choice. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I stay in Chicago. We used the complimentary shuttle a lot to get to the blue line and so that was nice. The only thing is it's a bit annoying because you have to call the hotel from O'Hare to have it come get you instead of having it come by at regular intervals unlike most of the other hotels' shuttles. So, if you had forgotten you cell phone at the hotel and don't have quarters for the payphone it could be difficult. The shuttle looks to be operated by the next door Park and Ride (I think that was the name), so I think that may be why it operates the way it does. Anyway, I was really pleased with this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

“Little different than other Candlewoods”

I stay at the Candlewood probably 70 nights a year at different locations, this is the first one that did not have the same style bed as the others - it was a bit stiffer and not as comfortable as the others I've stayed at. Still not stiff where you can't sleep but just not as soft as the others out there. Water pressure in the shower was really weak, but beyond that all was similar/same and good to go.

When we checked in the guy couldn't be more personable! Very nice! I love when people enjoy their job. We got there late and left early to take the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle was there literally immediately! The guy at the front desk was still there when we left and he even brought my bag out to the shuttle. I would definitely stay here again!
