reasonable hotel - good for families / couples as nice suite combo with kitchen etc and pretty good service. Did note that sheets / towels were not changed and tv remotes etc did not work... ...cheap however

“Nice”

This is an extended stay motel.

“Not impressed”

Despite having reserved and paid for a non-smoking room well in advance, I arrived late and all they had left were smoking rooms. The room was at least clean, but the bed was also very hard.

“Nothing great near O'Hare”

The area surrounding O'Hare airport is not very nice. Most hotels are outdated, I would go further away next time.

“Not up to Business Travel Expectations”

I travel for business and stay at Courtyards and such. This did not come near those expectations.

“Terrible service”

I would never stay here again. The physical property is prematurely worn. The wood cabinets in the bathroom were all rotted at the bottom and the kitchen cabinet doors were falling off. I stayed at the hotel because I had an early flight, when I checked in at 10:00, I left a 3:00 am wake-up call which never came, luckily I had set my cell phones alarm. when I returned from the airport, the girl who answered the phone had no idea on how the airport is set up, so her directions to the bus pick-up station sent me to the total opposite end of the building and everytime I called her back she gave more confusing directions. After 45 minutes I found my own way there which happened to be right next to the original terminal building I had come in at.
