The beds are absolutely wonderful - the junior suite was quite spacious. The air conditioning was fair - needs improvement. You can't beat the location of the hotel as far as getting to Chicago. The Oak Brook Mall across the street has great shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed this hotel more than I expected. It was clean, nice comfortable rooms, and fairly priced. The bar, restaurant, and on-site Starbux was a great convenience.

“Comfort and Beauty”

The hotel had a lot to offer. It was clean and beautiful. The only concern I encountered on my stay was the television. It was cable and the reception wasn't that good. Sometimes the sound was offer. But other then that, the hotel was very accommodating.

My husband and I had a great trip to chicago and our hotel was very helpful in what to see and where to eat. We would go back anytime!

“Weekend leisure trip”

Stay was very nice. Overall, good service...though we didn't take advantage of concierge or room service. Somehow we expected a little more from a hotel rated at 3.5 stars...rooms were small, bathrooms tiny, and the bed was almost too soft...we both had a back ache afterwards. Really wasn't any different than some of the budget hotels and because there were a few events taking place over the weekend, parking was a long walk and the lobby was always overcrowded.

“Very good overall”

Hotel was clean, staff helpful and friendly. My only beef was bathrooms had no fans and no spray was provided. Need to install fans in bathrooms.

No free wireless. Its 2007 this should be as standard as the iron in your room.
