We love the hotel. We have brought friends with us to try it out as well. The Shuttle is really nice to get to the train. The hoel is very clean and the price so far has always been great through expedia.

“I was very satisfied with this hotel”

This hotel was very good. It is not THE best hotel but I was very satisfied. The desk clerks are very kind and always willing to help. They offer free airport shuttle, they have a pool, the rooms are very comofortable, have a great size and it's pretty well packed. It has a fridge, a desk, a couch, a big comfortable bed and a bathroom with a tub. Rooms also come with an iron and hair dryer wich is really good. The neighborhood is great. It is in the suburbs so it allows you to rest from the big city noise. There is a 7/11 really close, as well as a domick's, a thai restaurant, a place to have breakfast, a hooters, and outback, they are all walking distance. Oh and lets not forget that the CTA train station is less than 5 minutes away (walking). I would say that the only problems were that Wi-fi is only available in the lobby and that you are about 30 minutes away from downtown which is not that bad and it allows you to know other beautiful parts of Chicago such as the suburbs. The breakfast was TERRIBLE but oh well for the price you pay it was ok. This hotel will definitely save you a few bucks and it will keep you happy. I was very happy and will return there every time I go to Chicago. I fully recommend it!

“Very nice place”

I had a great experience with this Hotel. Everyone was very nice and it was so close to everyhting. The airport is about 10 minutes away and it's a block from the train that will take you downtown. I really enjoyed the hotel.

“Worth Every Penny”

I think the Hotel was great and worth every penny. The airport shuttle and convenience were notable advantages. I was most impressed with the staff, especially Curtis, the shuttle driver and the staff at Bistro. Thanks guys for having made my stay memorable. They added warmth to the facility and it felt like home away from home. I'd come back and stay there almost everytime I'm in Chicago.

“Very impressed”

I had a tough trip into Chicago (flight delayed almost 8 hours, trouble with the rental car agency), and was anxious that the hotel wouldn't be any better for me. Despite the lateness of the hour, the concierge sent the airport shuttle out to pick me up, and when I got to the hotel, the check-in was quick and efficient. My room was pleasant, clean and comfortable, and I was able to relax immediately. The staff was helpful and friendly. Also, since I didn't have a rental car, it's location next to a stop on one of subway lines was ideal. The train took me straight into the downtown area of the city. The restaurant inside the hotel was also excellent, with courteous wait staff and delicious food. All in all, it was a great experience, and I would gladly stay there again on my next trip to Chicago.

“Friendly and Helpful”

The shuttle service was great. They were at the airport within 15 minutes and were friendly and helpful. Picked us up at the el too. All employees were willing to help us make arrangements for what we wanted to do. Gave us good information on the area. Some things were in need of a little repair but the room was satisfactory. It was what we wanted - a bed to sleep in and a base to operate from. The only bad thing was that the Cubs lost!!!

I would like to say that I was Very Impressed with my stay at the Chicago O'Hara Hotel. The room was excellent, and the Hotel staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful when I needed information about transportation since I did not have a car to travel around. If I make another trip to Chicago the Chicago O'hara Hotel would be my first choice to stay again.

“Repeat customer”

Perfect place to stay when flying out of O'Hare. Beds were very comfortable and shuttle to airport was right there ready when I was with a very courteous driver. The same on return I picked up the direct line to the hotel at the airport and the driver was there to get me in less than 10 minutes. I found this hotel last January and will continue to stay when traveling out of town and have already recommended it to several of my friends that are vacationing this summer.
