“Great view”

Had a great city view from the room, it was on a corner and I had a 270 degree view.

“Very nice for a great price”

The only semi-negative thing I would say is that I had a hard time getting hot water at night. I called the front desk and they sent up maintenance. He messedwith it and let the water run for a while. He said that since I was at the end of a wing and they were low on capacity it would take longer for the hot water to get to me. In the mornings when others were running showers this wasn't a problem. I was also hoping for a bit if a larger bathroom and bathtub to relax in.

Ooverlooks beautiful golf course, near many shopping malls, great buffet breakfast, good service, very comfortable rooms

“Overall a great experience!”

The staff was very pleasant and and the room itself was quite clean and spacious. We booked this room because of the rate we received on expedia and wound up having a suprise 40th birthday party in the lounge area. While I had some concerns at first because we were not told The Grille (where we originally planned to have the party) was closed, I was able to work with Todd Lorch, a manager in the lounge, who was extremely accommodating and easy to work with during the entire planning process. Several of our guests also stayed at the hotel and I must say everybody commented on how nice of a place it was and how much they enjoyed the food. The only draw back of having to have the part at the lobby lounge was that the drinks were quite expensive. Also, one other area to note is that the indoor pool did not have a jacuzzi which was a little disappointing.

Very clean and cozy place to stay and relax if you are in Chicago area.

I attended a meeting at the hotel. It was great to be able to go straight to bed after the evening meeting instead of having to travel elsewhere.Since I had an early flight out, eveyone was very accomendating to help me get to the airport on time. I was impresseed.

I didn't know what to expect, but I was quite happy with the conveniences (table that slid under bed for laptop) in the room as well as the pleasant decor and comfort. I've already recommended to a few associates.

Staff is very gracious and helpful.New years day hotel was understaffed for breakfast resulting in long lines to get breakfast.

Wonderful facility, even better if you're a golfer in season, but the hotel and associated facilities are still first class. Hard to believe you're within 30 minutes of O/Hare.

Newly renovated, modern and nice. About 5 minutes from great shopping and about 20 minutes from downtown Chicago.
