“Helpful and friendly staff”

The desk staff were absolutely wonderful. We were there for a funeral and they were very kind and helpful. Anytime we went anywhere they were eager to give directions and suggestions. The breakfast bar was great and newly refurbished and redecorated.

“Very accomodating”

I was very happy hotel was able to arrange transportation back to the airport for me at 5:30AM. Transportation was on time with a thunderstorm outside and staff prepared coffee for me before actual breakfast start-up time. Also all personel was helpful, friendly and courteous.

“Not a bad place at all”

The room and bed were quite comfortable. Regulating the heat was a problem. Also, the plumbing in the room was not in good shape. But for value in that area, it is a nice place.

“an excellent value”

While not as expensive as many in the area, it is a good place to stay. The staff is helpful and very friendly. They have excellent breakfast and coffee. The pool is large, but the water is quite cold. Close to Elmhurst College.

“Not a place to stay”

Rooms are in poor repair. We had three rooms Room 1) toilet barely worked, wall outlets functioned intermittently and were missing covers. Room 2) Brother went in and it was not made. Moved to new room. This room the toilet did not function and when they went to leave the room to complain door was jammed and they could not get out. Staff had to come open the door for them. Moved to new room. This room had electrical issues. Moved to a fourth room before found one that they could stay in. Room 3) Holes in wall in bathroom. Electrical issues. Don't use the hand rail in any of the showers, it is just glued to the plastic shower stall. It is not anchored to the wall at all. I grabbed it and the whole stall wall just bent. Need I say more, I could....
