Everything it is Described to Be

Posted Jul 10, 2014
Pros: Accommodating staff, parking consultants, location, and accessibility. Elephants and Castle restaurant attached to lobby of hotel. Starbucks to right.
Location: Willis Tower 4 blocks away. Shopping close. Millennium Park and Crown fountain 7 min walk. Great atmosphere, views.
Club Quarters Central Loop was very accommodating. Parking was no hassle ($46 for 24 hours no in-out). The staff was sure to meet our needs. The location is 4 blocks from Willis Tower and within reasonable walking distance of the attractions Chicago has to offer. Good price - definitely worth waiting for the last-minute special. We stayed in the room with the kitchenette, brought a stroller and had a pullout bed for our daughter. Everything worked out great and was cost-savvy. Attached restaurant was very affordable and delicious. Starbucks in adjacent building is also nice.

Great place to stay especially for the price. Plenty to do close to hotel and plenty to do in walking distance.

Great Location - Great Facilities

Posted Jul 7, 2014
Centrally located, and within hiking distance to most urban attractions, with great facilities for tourists and business travelers alike (attached restaurant/pub --- very convenient, great gym, wonderful coffee facilities and computer equipment for guests and members), my wife and I will make this our "stay-at" place in our all-too-infrequent trips to Chicago.

This is a great hotel! Location is perfect, the rooms are clean, the hotel is well maintained, the staff is helpful, the amenities are nice, to me is perfect. I have stayed here about 8 times in the past 4 years and I never had any problems. The rooms are a bit snug, but they are clean, the bed is comfy, the temperature is right. The only slight problem I had is that the walls seem to be a big thin or the noise carries and last time the couple next door were a bit noisy... But the hotel is excellent!

2nd time here!

Posted Jul 6, 2014
Pros: Location, staff, comfortable.
Cons: Parking is so expensive.
Location: Close to Willis Tower, Millennium Park, and Museum.
Pros: Great location - only a couple blocks from the Willis Tower, Millennium Park, and Museum. Staff is very friendly and rooms are comfortable. If you books through expedia, they offer discount for next stay. Cons: Valet parking is $42 (but that's typical for Chicago). Self-parking is $22, but it's a few blocks walk.

Friendly staff. Kind of small room & only had a walk-in shower but it was perfect for what we needed.

A place to sleep - nothing more

Posted Jul 5, 2014
Pros: Not much.
Rude, officious, and unhelpful staff--didn't explain any of the "amenities" when we checked in. Tiny, awkwardly shaped room--the doors to the bathroom and the closet kept banging into each other. The coffee maker in the room didn't work. Overall an unpleasant experience--I won't stay in a CQ again. Ever.

A nice place to stay.

Posted Jul 2, 2014
Pros: The staff was nice and the room was very clean.
Cons: Only issue I had was that I had to ask for two extra towels, twice, and that really wasn't that bad.
Location: Location was great. About four to five blocks from Michigan Ave.
Our stay was wonderful. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Poor services and staffs. I am not really happy with the front desk.
