Weekend getaway
Posted Jan 10, 2013
Pros: Clean and nice inside
Cons: Price
Location: Great places to eat that are all In walking distance
The place was located very perfectly however the room felt a bit to small and the TV at a very bad position of the room. Very clean place to stay in as well as staff was very nice. A bit pricey for the size of the room with valet but would reccomend to someone if they were looking to be by the lake but not for a big room

Convenient

Staff at front were very helpful, beyond just issues related to the hotel. They helped us with restaurant suggestions and public transportation. Great location close to the trains.

Wonderful location!!
Posted Jan 2, 2013
Pros: Location
Cons: Parking is expensive
Location: Perfect! Within walking distance to many attractions we like to visit. Lots of eating places close by.
Wonderful location! The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Can't wait to go back again! Will definitely make this our first choice of a place to stay when we visit downtown. What you get for the money is an excellent deal!

One night in Chicago
Posted Jan 28, 2013
Pros: Reasonable price. All the basics were covered in the room. No extra frills.
Cons: Inform patrons that you can check in using the computers provided.
Location: Navy Pier, Grant Park, Michigan Ave (Magnificent Mile)
This was my first time at Club Quarters. I would have liked the Bellman or someone to tell me that I could check in with the computer terminals. Since it was my first time I stood in line. I did enjoy the room and will return in the future.

Everything I was looking for in the Loop
Posted Jan 26, 2013
Pros: location... value... very comfortable bed!
Cons: took a while to get bags out of storage
Location: superb location on Chicago River between State and Michigan Ave.
Last stop on a fairly long trip, and a very much appreciated one! Some reviewers had raised concerns about the small size of the room but I found it very well laid out and perfectly fine for one or two people. Excellent, efficient staff. Decent bar/restaurant on the lobby level. And while people have different preferences, I thought the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in all year (of maybe 25 room nights so far this year). The best thing about this place is the location... one and a half blocks from the El, one block from Michigan Ave... just about perfect for business, a shopping expedition, or a little cultural tourism.

Good Times!
Posted Jan 21, 2013
Pros: staff
Cons: bed
Location: perfect location for all sights, places to eat & attractions
The hotel staff are great! The location is best, next to everything on Michigan Ave. Beds were ok, nothing to write home about but other then that very pleased. They have a amazing restaurant downstairs that makes delish deep dish pizza, you have to ask for the "other" menu for that. Overall we had a blast and the hotel was great.

Nice Hotel--walking distance to attractions
Posted Jan 14, 2013
Pros: Proximity to all downtown Chicago. Valet parking at a reasonable cost. The morning coffee available on 2nd floor was nic
Cons: The rooms are showing a bit of wear and tear, but overall seemed clean.
Location: Maganificant Mile--shops and great food. Millenuium Park--nice green space.
Club Quarters is located in a historic building in Chicago--the lobby area is beautiful with the white marble stairway and brass adornments. The rooms are rather small, but very adequate for the stay, since we were out and about most of the time. We liked that it is walking distance (for 2 people who love to walk) to Navy Pier, Millineum Park, Magnificant Mile, etc. The parking and Valet staff were great and it was nice not to worry about findind a public garage.

Location: Really central, great location - close to everything
Great, central location & very good value. A bit tired & maybe in need of renovation soon but pretty good overall.
