Nice Hotel, Great Staff, Perfect LocationPosted Aug 19, 2014
Location: The Hotel in next to the Chicago in the north Loop area with shopping, transportation, and tourist activities nearby.
The Club Quarters on East Wacker Drive is next to the Chicago River and near Michigan Avenue. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms in the restored building are comfortable and pleasant.

City centre.Posted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: Location opp Trump Tower and the pavement cafe - quite rare hereabouts
Cons: Reduce wine prices - they are very high for the standard of wine received - but don't let that put you off too much
Location: Business trip - excellent really
Very good. Had a very good room though - I was lucky. Food good Pavement area very rare in city centre - make the most of it. Taxis outside Buses and boat tours to hand Selection of beers

Beware of the room size!Posted Aug 13, 2014
Pros: The only good thing was the location and oh, they have free water bottles on every floor, as they don't have refrigerators in the rooms.
Cons: Just about everything needs improvement.
Location: Location is the only good point.
We stay in the downtown area regularly and this is the 1st time at Club Quarters, and will most likely be our last. Although the location is great, the room we had was roughly 8x9 and yes there are room that small there (corner rooms). We've always been able to get comparably priced rooms in the same area and the room and amenities are far better. I have NEVER stayed in a room that small-seriously smaller than a single dorm room. My husband and I could barely pass each other without stepping aside against a wall--check out Room 2407. When I booked it, it was listed as a standard club room-standard it is NOT. Service was terrible too. The maids laughed when we asked if all the rooms were that small. Take our advice and find another hotel!

Great locationPosted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: Location, clean rooms, comfortable bed
You can't beat the location. It's one of the best values I've found for being downtown in the Loop. Sure, the rooms aren't the most spacious, but it was clean and the staff was friendly.

Great locationPosted Aug 10, 2014
Pros: Great except the size of the bedrooms. They are very small.
Cons: Linens for bathroom are old and limited so is the soap.
Location: Central location to all attractions.
Hotel parking is excessive at $ 60.00/night. Right around the corner is at $ 25.00 (you need your ticket validated at hotel). Rooms are very small. Excellent location.
