Very close to First Midwest Bank Amphitheater~Posted Aug 19, 2013
Pros: Close to concert
Cons: Shuttle service back from concert~
Location: First Midwest Bank Amphitheater Right off the interstate- very easy to find
The hotel was in a perfect spot if you are going to a concert at First Midwest Bank Amphitheater. They have a shuttle service that will take you to the concert. Breakfast was good & the rooms were clean~ Nice place to stay

Good for a one night stay.Posted Jul 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
We were very impressed with the size of our room and the great look of the hotel. Disappointment came in the bathroom, it had a smell of urine to it and the tub had a ring around it, it appeared that they had not been cleaned properly and not just from the last guest, but over a period of time, The only other let down is the pool area, it looks like all the hotel has been updated and redone but the pool it wasn't a nice area, bad plastic patio funiture rusty vents on the walls and moulding wood on door frames it was a real let down and didn't do the rest of the facilities any justice.

Needs more staffPosted Jul 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
I liked the hotel just fine and would have given it 4 stars easily except for several service issues. They ran out of everything at breakfast with no one in sight to re-fill things. I and several other people couldn't find the front desk person at check out time either. I made arrangements for the hotel shuttle driver to take me to the nearby ampitheater but he was very late- to the point where we would have missed at least half an hour of the concert if we hadn't driven ourselves.

Not Bad AT ALLPosted Jul 16, 2013 on Hotels.com
My suite was a pleasant surprise!! The room was tight but everything I needed and more was in the room. The unique shape of the room added character. I would stay there again and I would recommend others. Not sure why the rating was so low??

pretty goodPosted Jul 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
Came from Museum of Science and Industry and GPS took me through extremely bad neighborhoods. Once at the hotel, felt neighborhood is ok surrounding hotel. There were restaurants convenient to hotel. The breakfast was probably ok if you get there early enough, but going later they don't refill anything. The swimming pool was super small, once even a couple of people are in it, you feel cramped.

Check in was smooth. Staff was excellent. check out was fine. only problem was that apparently someone burned a bagel in the breakfast area and set off the smoke alarm.

Small pool, rooms, but comfy bedsPosted Jun 25, 2013
The front desk staff was nice. The room was small, but clean and with comfy beds. The pool was very small and had a funky smell in the pool area. It was really humid in there too. No hot tub either. The breakfast was a plus.
