“Pillows are awesome!”
Connecting door between bedroom and sitting room kept sons snoring from waking us up. Hotel right off highway and easy to get to. Ordered from room service. Food was quick, hot, delicious. Very satisfied with hotel and would recommend.
“you get what you pay for”
Cheap rate but very rough room. Didn't the king room I had reserved, they were all gone when I checked in at 6pm. The carpet was so disgusting that I pulled off the 2 bed spreads and put them on the floor to walk on. The a/c was very noisy and didn't work very well. I bath towels were so worn that I probably wouldn't use them as rags in the garage. I should have known better.
“THe right spot for the right time”
This was the first time in a long time that we stayed at the Comfort Inn. We found it clean, good bed, the pillows were not to our liking. But for the price and location it was exactly what we needed. We will stay again.
“Good value”
The room was nice, clean, was a little small (would not recommend more than double occupancy, but since I was travelling alone it was great.) Included free cable (Showtime) and wireless. It's a little difficult to access, but there are a lot of restaurants located close by. My toothpaste was taken from me when I went through airport security, but the hotel was able to provide me with a small tube of toothpaste, which was really nice. The exterior was nothing great to look at, but the lobby was pretty nice and continental breakfast was included. Great value for the price! I would definitely stay there again.
“Staff could use some more training”
We were not overly impressed with this hotel. We asked for an extra blanket and they didn't have any!! When they finally brought us something it was a sheet instead and a fitted one at that. We stayed for 4 nights and I wish that they could change up the breakfast a little each day. At least put out a new kind of cereal or a different flavor of yogurt at least. One morning my husband had to find someone to ask for more bowls and spoons. We did like the waffle maker that made up to 4 small waffles rather than 1 big one!
